Dear (Legislator),
I urge you to support the “Religious Freedom Over Mandates Act” (HR 6502). There are 55 federal departments that already have launched a database tracking religious employees or of those who request any accommodation or exemption.
This database is not just the name of any employee who dares identify themselves as a person of faith to the government. In chilling fashion, it will create an entire dossier on each religious person.
The Treasury Department states it will document all requests and denials and track the “informal dispute resolution” of each person. It will also record “correspondence,” “supporting notes and documentation” and even “records of oral conversations” on every person who requests an exemption to be placed in this database permanently!
In addition, the U.S. Army is expanding its database on all staff. The Army is not content to just record their staff’s “religious preference” but is pairing that information with biometric data like fingerprints and digital photographs.
These federal departments and agencies have gone too far. No matter who your employer is, people of faith should never be singled out to be tagged and tracked. This is shocking and unconstitutional on multiple points.
I urge you to act immediately and co-sponsor and vote for HR 6502 to permanently destroy this database tracking law-abiding Americans!
Sincerely,

Dear (Federal Department Head),
I want to make a public comment in opposition to the rule change that will allow a permanent database to track information on people of faith or of your employees who request an exemption.
This database is a shocking invasion of privacy of every one of your employees who dares identify themselves as a person of faith to your department. This database, on people of faith who publicly live out their beliefs, is a shocking example of a government trying to track and control the people it is supposed to be serving.
As a federal agency, your role is to safeguard the liberties and protect the freedom of “We the people.”
No matter who their employer is, people of faith should never be singled out to be tagged and tracked. This is reprehensible and unconstitutional on multiple points.
I urge you to act immediately to reverse this proposed rule change and end this database tracking law-abiding Americans!
Sincerely,
(Your Name)
