Congress is considering a radical abortion bill that will erase every statewide restriction on abortion. The “Women’s Health Protection Act” (HR 12 and S 701) will allow abortion for any reason, at any time, up to birth.
HR 12 is much more extreme than Roe v. Wade. It will expand the senseless murder of children all across our nation. It will require state and federal abortion funding. The bill even states that the word “women” is misogynist. Already there are 213 Democrat votes in support of HR 12. House Republicans have a razor-thin margin, and Democrats only need five more votes. If passed, this bill will override every pro-life law and permit abortion up to birth for any reason — all funded by us, the taxpayers.
This bill will attack faith-based hospitals and force religious medical providers to provide abortions. It sets up a “travel” burden that could be used to build abortion clinics every so many miles — as interpreted by a judge. And the bill will be used to erase health and safety standards.
The House is our best chance to stop HR 12. This bill will kill children, hurt women, and force everyone to be complicit. Below, send your faxes to STOP HR 12.

I am adamantly opposed to the U.S. government mandating that states must allow, through the “Women’s Health Protection Act of 2023,” the murder of innocent American children.
By including the “life and health” clause, the Women’s Health Protection Act will allow abortion at any time, for any reason, up to birth.
This bill will override every state law, including health and safety laws. Women will be pushed to back-alley abortions with no protection.
Former Vice President Hubert Humphrey once said, “The moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; those who are in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped.”
I urge you to VOTE NO on HR 12 and S 701.
