Puddles to Pandemics — With a Bump Stock in Between
Protecting newfound freedom nationwide
This summer, Americans took their first full breath of freedom when the Chevron Doctrine was overturned by Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo. The Chevron case unconstitutionally gave federal bureaucrats unlimited power to act as kings and tyrants with hundreds of thousands of pages of arbitrary regulations backing them up. This had continued for more than 30 years.
American small business owners and individuals were powerless to fight back until now. With Chevron overturned, radicals on Capitol Hill are DEMANDING Congress pass legislation that will reinstate these unelected, unaccountable paper-pushers as the final authority in our nation.
The “Stop Corporate Capture Act” (HR 1507 and S 4749) is a radical, freedom-killing bill that will again crown the federal bureaucrats as the king of the land. It’s time to put a stop to this so that radicals will not reinstate restrictive, business-destroying regulations.

Dear Legislator,
For decades, small business owners and their employees have been oppressed and harassed by unelected federal bureaucrats and hundreds of thousands of pages of meaningless regulations under the Chevron Doctrine.
For this reason, I strongly oppose the companion bills HR 1507 and S 4749, both the “Stop Corporate Capture Act.” I urge you to do everything in your power to oppose these bills reinstating the Chevron Doctrine.
The negative impact of these bills on entrepreneurs who are trying to serve others in their community is unthinkable and it is certainly unsustainable.
We the People across America are finally breathing freedom outside of the crushing weight of the Chevron Doctrine and we will stay free.
Please vote no on HR 1507 and S 4749.
