The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) has been used repeatedly to punish and prosecute peaceful pro-life speech. For this reason, I urge you to support the “FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025.”
Using FACE, the former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman went after individuals who were engaged in peaceful speech on a public sidewalk.
Schneiderman launched his FACE lawsuit with a press conference outside a New York abortion clinic.
Flanked by the millionaire abortion clinic owner, Merle Hoffman, AG Schneiderman smugly declared, “We are not a nation where you can choose your point of view,” he then proceeded to denigrate Christians’ efforts to counsel women and advocate for the life of the unborn as “horrifying” and “illegal.”
FACE has been abused for more than three decades. This must end.
It is time to repeal FACE and protect freedom of speech. Please vote yes on the FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025.
