Dear Legislator,

Bill Gates and others are trying to control the climate using risky and untested geoengineering experiments to darken the sun and control the weather. Gates and others are funding the following:

  • Releasing particles into the air to block the sun’s rays from hitting the earth, which could harm or block the ability of plants to grow and damage the food supply, causing mass starvation. Then they are turning around and selling “cooling credits” to generate money for more experiments.

  • Genetically altering mosquitoes to provide an undertested malaria vaccine without knowledge or approval of the person being injected as there is no way to opt out of or provide religious or medical exemptions to avoid a mosquito bite.

  • Genetically altering cows’ DNA to reduce their burps and flatulence, without knowing the short- or long-term consequences.

These are deeply concerning actions that could have devastating effects directly and indirectly on the planet. Blocking the sun could cause global starvation, yet the Make Sunsets company, funded in part by Bill Gates, has attempted this more than 120 times.
I urge you to investigate with public hearings and to act immediately to place a moratorium on these dangerous geoengineering experiments that could cause a global catastrophe.
