The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled multiple times that a person MAY NOT invoke the Fifth Amendment to avoid testifying on a subject for which they have already been pardoned.

Congressional hearings this week revealed yet more details of the ways disgraced doctor Anthony Fauci — America's Dr. Death — lied to Congress, lied to the president and the American public while using taxpayer dollars to profit from his COVID scams.
Joe Biden pardoned Fauci for those crimes.
But the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on multiple occasions, including Brown v. Walker, Burdick v. United States, and Ex-Parte Garland 71 US 333 that a person who has been pardoned no longer has a right to invoke the Fifth Amendment in any testimony regarding crimes for which they have already been pardoned.
Because Anthony Fauci refused to testify, he is now in contempt of Congress, punishable by fines and jail time.
As a U.S. citizen outraged by Anthony Fauci’s COVID fraud and crimes, as well as his direct contempt of Congress, I demand you immediately hold Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress to the fullest extent of the law and its punishments, and pursue every single criminal indictment possibly against this corrupt public servant.
