Broken wall promises

Is President Trump our last hope? Democrats begged the President to end the shutdown and promised they would compromise. This is just one of the many broken promises strewn down Constitution Ave. But you can still help make sure a barrier is built! See how below. - Mat  

Democrats came crawling to President Trump with empty promises that if he just opened the government, then they would come to the table to build a border barrier. But that was the same hot air as blowing across the Arizona desert.

It appears that the only way to have border security is for President Trump to recognize the crisis that is happening at our southern border and direct funds to address it. Here are just a few reasons why we need a barrier:

  • Illegal immigrants account for an average of nine kidnappings, 15 murders, 43 sex offenses, 71 burglaries, and 131 assaults -- every day.
  • During the last two years, ICE arrested 4,000 illegal immigrants for murder charges or convictions.
  • While data is hard to combine, the rate of murders committed by illegal immigrants is “about 10 times that of U.S. citizens," according to the American Thinker.
  • There are up to 19,000 people who are trafficked across our southern border. Many of these are minors abused in perverted acts.
  • A new caravan of 12,000 people is headed to our already overwhelmed border.
  • A high percentage of women and children are molested during their journey to America.
  • Most of the drugs and many gang members flowing into America are coming across our southern border.

It appears that President Trump is our last hope, our only hope, for securing our nation’s border. Help send a clear message to the White House by signing our petition to the President.



Since the shutdown ended, Democrats have been passing amendments to actively block ANY funding from our southern border. Here are some examples:

  • Amendment No. 2 explicitly states none of the funds in an Army Corps of Engineers or Department of Homeland Security may be used to plan, develop, or construct the border wall. It passed the U.S. House 230- 197.
  • Amendment No. 12 restricts Department of Homeland Security funding from being used for the construction or expansion of immigration detention facilities. It passed by a voice vote.

I missed their “compromise.”
