Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action
Feb 13, 2019
2,500... that's the number of Americans killed by abortion today. It’s hard to picture that many, so I want to introduce you to just one of the victims of abortion, one of the few you can meet. - Mat

Melissa Ohden experienced a toxic saline abortion, burning for five days before her mother delivered her… alive. The abortion was forced upon her unwilling mother. Melissa’s grandmother was the nurse who delivered her at the hospital. That grandmother demanded that Melissa be left alone, to die.
Melissa later found out that a little boy, another “failed” saline abortion, had been born alive. Already burned, he was dumped in a bucket of formaldehyde. Suffering in a utility closet, he died in the dark all alone. Later he was discarded as nothing more than “medical waste.”
That would have been Melissa’s fate.
Except, two nurses intervened and worked passionately to save her life. They were successful, even when doctors doubted it could be done. Now she is a beautiful, perfectly healthy woman who has testified before Congress with powerful words urging our legislators to protect these young children.
There are hundreds more precious people like Melissa who share the medical diagnosis as a “failed abortion.” Every one stands as a reminder that this battle is for lives hanging in the balance. And, sadly, there are thousands of abortions every day!
This week Liberty Counsel Action will be delivering our pledge to leaders in Congress. But I’m still missing your name on it! Add your name right now to be included.
The Democrats talk in euphemism about abortion. Even Virginia’s Governor Ralph Northam publicly discussed infanticide and refuses to resign. But Melissa stands as a living, breathing testimony to what abortion really is, the murder of a helpless little baby.
I urge you to kneel in prayer for our nation and peacefully stand for the unborn.
Pledge to fight for their lives! Sign right away to stand up for people like Melissa.
The choice before our legislators is to protect babies like Melissa or kill more little ones like the little boy in her hospital.
It’s crunch time, and we need help to meet all of the opportunities in this legislative session. We are lobbying Congressional leadership this week on a dozen abortion-related bills and resolutions that have been introduced in the U.S. House and Senate.
Donate to help Liberty Counsel Action get this message loud and clear in to the U.S. House and Senate.
I’d appreciate your help.
