This week, 29 Democrats voted with House Republicans on an act that requires ICE to be notified if an illegal immigrant tries to purchase a gun. I am excited because this reveals the more moderate legislators in the House willing to vote for common-sense legislation. That might open a door to pass protections against infanticide, such as the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.

That's exactly what scares Pelosi!

She called a closed-door meeting late in the week to berate moderates for their independent thinking and voting. "This is not a day at the beach," she chastised them, "This is the Congress of the United States."

Right now, there is a fierce battle for the minds and votes of Democrat legislators in swing districts. Will they bow to Pelosi's radical agenda or will they honestly represent the people in their districts?
