No hope to change under HR 5

A central message in the Bible is that people can change. It offers the power of Christ to those burdened by their sin and the suffering it causes. This is one of the most profound messages of hope, yet it is exactly what Democrats through HR 5 is trying to silence.
There are 287 U.S. legislators pushing the so-called "Equality Act," which would stop counselors from helping clients facing unwanted attraction to their own gender or confusion about their gender. It would create a nation-wide ban of professional, and private discussions. The counselors would have to be silent or force the client to affirm that which the client wants to change.
And, this counseling ban will apply to all ages, not just minors.
This is just one of the many damaging consequences of a radical bill known as HR 5. It is scheduled to pass out of committee and onto the House of floor this week. Learn more and help us fight against it. - Mat
This bill, known as HR 5, includes unsubstantiated claims maligning "conversion therapy" calling it "discredited" and "discrimination." However, this type of talk therapy, is simply a conversation with someone who is struggling with gender confusion. This bill does not limit itself to silencing professional counselors, but will be applied to pastors, foster and biological parents, teachers, and the list goes on.
This bill will outlaw conversations from a biblical perspective on human relationships and will criminalize people of faith. Will you help Liberty Counsel Action take a strong stand against this bill with your financial support?
