The U.S. House has passed the greatest threat to our election integrity. HR 1 will destroy any hope for fair and honest elections in America—permanently! We must stop this bill now in the Senate!

Even though this bill was referred to 11 House committees, it was jammed through the House floor before one committee approved the bill.

This will ban voter ID, force same-day registration and criminalize anyone questioning a person's qualifications to vote. It even will force registrars to email official ballots to certain people, and so much more. Stop HR 1 with your urgent fax to the U.S. Senate! —Mat

Before addressing HR 1, there is good news from Georgia. The State House just passed a huge omnibus election integrity bill with massive election reform. Already, 35 criminal cases of election fraud have been referred for prosecution in the Peach State! We are also working with scores of state legislators in swing states to tighten our voting process.

However, if HR 1 passes in the Senate, it will override all state laws. That is why we must stop this federal power grab. This bill will:

1. Seize authority from the states and place the federal government in complete control;
2. Ban state voter ID laws;
3. Mandate no-fault absentee ballots;
4. Force states to accept absentee ballots up to 10 days after Election Day;
5. Automatically register all individuals (as opposed to “citizens”), and thus require the person to opt out;
6. Register convicted felons;
7. Allow people to vote outside their precinct;
8. Punish anyone who questions the validity of the voter;
9. Prevents poll watchers from cooperating with election officials to identify and challenge voter registrations concerning fraud; 
10. With same-day registration, no ID and no ability to verify a voter, a person can go precinct to precinct voting multiple times under different names;
11. And much more.

And this is just the beginning of how this shocking power grab will swing wide open the door for even MORE election fraud. This must be stopped NOW! Send your urgent fax to the Senate and demand that HR 1 be stopped before it causes incalculable damage to our nation.

One section of the bill imposes a penalty of five years in jail and a $100,000 fine on anyone who attempts to "mislead" or "impede" voters in the 60 days up to an election.

What do the words “mislead” or “impede” mean? Facebook and the fake news launched an all-out war to hide the truth. These corporations used identical language when they banned “misinformation” and used that to silence citizens. The word “impede” could be used against anyone who questions whether the prospective voter is a citizen, is of proper age, lives in the district or is otherwise eligible to vote.

Now, instead of losing a Facebook account or being placed in “Facebook jail,” you could suddenly face five years in jail and a $100,000 fine! The damage this would have on our nation is incalculable!

I have never seen an attack on free and fair elections like is in HR 1. It is urgent to flood the Senate with the outcry of American citizens against this bill. Click here to send your fax to key senators.
