There’s big news out of Arizona, but Joe Biden wants to suppress it. The hearing revealed 74,243 mail-in ballots were counted in the AZ election despite NO RECORD they were ever mailed.

Another 11,326 people voted who were not on the voter rolls Nov. 3 (the day of the election), nor on the voter rolls Nov. 7.

But somehow, these votes mysteriously appeared Dec. 4.

A couple of weeks ago, Arizona Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs wrote an op-ed calling on Congress to act, saying, “We are running out of time.”

Hobbs wants Congress to stop her state and every other state from passing election reform and from conducting audits or recounts. When the Senate Democrats failed to get 60 votes to pass HR 1/S 1, they panicked.

Now they’re demanding to pass the JL Act, which is exponentially worse because its nationwide “preclearance” will allow the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) to impose two sets of rules, one for “red” precincts and another for “blue.”

The JL Act will do everything HR 1 would have done and so much more! This bill will have an immediate and devastating impact on our nation!

Through preclearance, the Biden DOJ will require online and same-day voter registration; no ID; automatic registration, mass mail-in ballots for all; ballot harvesting, audits and recounts (except for candidates the Deep State supports). States will no longer be able to coordinate to prevent double voting.

It will be impossible to catch a person who votes multiple times in different precincts and even different states before their ballot is mingled with the ballots of legal voters.

In addition, many of the current ways to find illegal votes will themselves become illegal. A person can use the same name or different names in different precincts or register minutes before the polls close, and no one can challenge this fraudster.

But it gets even worse when you realize everything can be done online. One person could register thousands of fraudulent voters (like the 8,000 fake voter registrations from two people in California). Then they can have each ballot sent via email, and there would be no physical address or ID to investigate!

CNN was decrying Georgia for removing about 100,000 names from the voting list. But Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger pointed out, “Bottom line, there is no legitimate reason to keep ineligible voters on the rolls.”

But the preclearance in the JL Act can make it illegal to clean up voter rolls. Every minute detail will be under the authority of Biden’s DOJ.

The other aspect being discussed on Capitol Hill is that up to 1.8 billion dollars per senator over one six-year term will come from fines and fees. But you will pay for this political welfare.

First, an endless number of people can file to become candidates and then every 200 dollars “donated” is multiplied 6 times to 1,200. A 100-million-dollar campaign will receive an additional 600 million from the government.

Second, this political welfare will favor incumbents and career politicians.

Multiply 1.8 billion by 100 senators, and then multiply by all the campaign dollars of every House member. The number is staggering. We cannot afford political welfare.

This bill will destroy our election process and bankrupt our system. It must be stopped now!

Democrats are looking for a way to slip the JL Act through budget reconciliation, which requires only 51 votes, or on a voice vote after a vote on the budget in the late-evening or early-morning hours before the gavel ends the day’s session. We are working with senators to object to both efforts.

This bill is a landmine. If it explodes, America is done. That is why we cannot rest easy until this bill is killed.
