For the first time in more than a decade, a Democrat secretary of state is refusing to release a routine report on instances of suspected election fraud in Arizona. Joe Biden, his attorney general and the Department of Justice (DOJ) are intent on stopping the Arizona audit and overturning the Georgia election reform law.

Time is getting short. If Democrats in D.C. pass the “John Lewis Voting Rights Act” (JL Act), they will have the power to stop the audit in Arizona and overturn every election reform law of the states.

More than eight months have passed since the 2020 election. Still to this day, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs is continuing to delay her release of election fraud reports. The state attorney general’s office then usually investigates the reported fraud for potential prosecution.

In a letter to Hobbs, the Arizona AG said his office “has not received information from your office regarding potential double voting in the 2018 or 2020 election.” The letter continues, “Notably, this the first time in over a decade the AGO has received no referrals from the Secretary of State regarding double voting.”

If the JL Act passes, it will give Biden’s DOJ unchecked power to control our elections, manipulate the process and create two different standards for treating ballots favoring one candidate over another.

I’m tired of double standards. Lady Justice must be blind. But if the Democrats pass the JL Act, fraud will explode across our nation and double standards will become codified into our laws through a DOJ takeover of our election process. Fax Congress to demand they block the JL Act.

To rachet up the pressure, some are calling for protests, which, as we’ve seen recently, can quickly devolve into riots. One organizer called for “louder” riots than there were for George Floyd.

Then last week ended with a U.S. Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-OH), who is chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus, was arrested with protesters demonstrating inside a Senate office building.

On Twitter, she wrote, “You can arrest me. You can't stop me. You can't silence me.”

Now this week, Georgia's failed Democrat candidate for governor, Stacey Abrams, said the states’ passing of election integrity laws “has to be the call to arms. This is not simply about one moment. This is about the foundations of our democracy, and they are in peril.” She concluded, “This is a time for action.”

Our nation is in peril, but not because of states performing audits or passing laws to make elections secure and trustworthy. Rather, this threat is coming from those pushing the JL Act—and even riots.

We must restore confidence in election results. The JL Act will guarantee future elections will be a foregone conclusion. Your vote will not count.
