This month, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the Dobbs case, wherein Mississippi has asked the Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.

I filed an amicus brief on behalf of more than 70,000 African American and Hispanic churches and millions of African Americans and Hispanic Americans across the United States, exposing the racist, eugenic ideology of abortion.

This powerful brief reveals the truth about this death-culture movement—its founders, its historical propagators and its deeply racist adherents—all in their own words!

Starting with Charles Darwin, sterilization, contraception and abortion were used to accomplish his racist and white supremacist ideology and eugenic vision. In The Origin of Species by means of Natural Selection or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life (emphasis added), the full title of his landmark book clearly sets forth Darwin’s goal to eliminate certain races and populations.

In his second book, The Descent of Man, Darwin wrote that as white Europeans “exterminate and replace” the world’s “savage races,” and as great apes go extinct, the gap between civilized man and his closest evolutionary ancestor will widen. Darwin believed the gap will eventually be between civilized man “and some ape as low as a baboon, instead of as at present between the negro or Australian and the gorilla.”

In the 1927 case Buck v. Bell, the Supreme Court found in favor of forced sterilization, with Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. writing:

“It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind. The principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting the Fallopian tubes. Three generations of imbeciles are enough.”

Margaret Sanger, favored KKK speaker, Nazi Party of Germany advisor and Planned Parenthood founder, agreed. Sanger wrote prolifically about her eugenics solutions, including, “More children from the fit and less from the unfit. That is the chief aim of birth control” and “Superman is the aim of Birth Control.”

Sanger went on to found Planned Parenthood, whose specialty is killing babies. To this day, over 86% of all Planned Parenthood abortion centers are in black and Hispanic neighborhoods.

The pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute shows that Sanger’s twisted plan is working, as 53% of all abortions in the U.S. are performed on black and Hispanic women. It’s past time to overturn Roe v. Wade!

My team worked with more than 50 groups, including 37 buses coming from around the country, to join us in prayer at the U.S. Supreme Court! The High Court will announce its decision this spring.
