Laban, Joseph, Elijah and King David all have their own “but God” stories. As believers, we have a “but God” story too. “But God … made us alive together with Christ” (Eph. 2:4-5). Even our salvation is dependent on the mercy of a living God reaching into our lives and rescuing us out of complete darkness.

No matter what we face, we can cling to the miracle of the Word of God. It became human and lived among us (John 1:1,14). With a word, our Lord created the universe, and with His word, it is held together (Col. 1:15-20; Heb. 1:3). With a word, Jesus calmed the wind and the raging sea (Matt. 8:23-27).

The birth of Christ also reminds us that the “light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it” (John 1:4).
Despite our current conflicts, biblical history teaches us there is always hope against what seems impossible.

• Pharaoh thought he was in control until God said, “Let my people go!”
• Haman built a gallows for his enemy—but his enemy was elevated, and Haman was hung.
• Daniel was doomed to be eaten by lions, but God shut their mouths.
• King Saul planned to kill David, but God intervened.

For history eternal, there has always been a battle between good and evil, light and darkness. This is nothing new in human history. However, despite what we see or hear, remember, nothing is impossible with God. That word is not in God’s vocabulary. In fact, it is precisely when human efforts have failed that His power and strength can shine brightest.

I encourage you to keep hope first and foremost in Christ. And then stir up hope for this and future generations.

Under the radical leadership of our nation, we are now in one of the most critical struggles in our nation’s history—is is a struggle over the survival of America. There are efforts to twist America into the next Marxist-Communist regime.

Remember, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE with God. Never give up. Here is just one example.

In November 2019, radical new leadership gained control in Virginia. The most liberal abortion laws, gun control laws and LGBTQ agenda were passed with no concern for dissenting voices.

Liberty Counsel Action launched our Election Integrity Project in fall of 2020, and we applied it in Virginia. We had boots on the ground working on election integrity for more than a year. Our staff spoke at multiple large election integrity events across Virginia to educate and motivate thousands of citizens concerned about their state and the nation.

Our team recruited, mentored and encouraged volunteer coordinators in significantly more than half the counties and incorporated cities across the Commonwealth. We trained hundreds of volunteer community coordinators and precinct level workers on the best organizing practices, poll watching, volunteer retention and many other key strategies.

A Liberty Counsel Action staff member was the lead author in a joint state-wide manual giving community leaders the tools necessary for effective organization and strategy all the way down to the precinct level.

We met with other nonprofit groups and coordinated problem-solving solutions. This team effort identified the critical places for potential election fraud and then we worked through a triage system of assigning volunteers to the places of most concern until 70% of all the 2,000+ precincts in the state were filled with poll watchers on Election Day.

This type of statewide effort had not been launched before 2021. When the voting process was closely monitored, the people spoke loud and clear and threw out Virginia’s radical leadership in stunning fashion.

This is a moment to see hope for our future!

This successful model can be expanded to other key states to fight election fraud. But it will take a significant expansion of our resources to grow as necessary for the 2022 election.
