This Will Override Every Pro-Life Law

Feb 24, 2022

Senate Democrats are pushing a vote on an abortion bill that would be even more extreme than Roe v. Wade. Already this bill has 48 total co-sponsors in the U.S. Senate. Reports say this bill could be on the floor in as few as two business days.

We have fought so hard to get to the cusp of overturning Roe v. Wade in the U.S. Supreme Court. If passed, this bill will override every state law, including the gruesome third-trimester partial birth abortion, parental consent or notification and even sanitary clinic regulations.

One vote in the U.S. Senate could erase all efforts to protect innocent human life!

There is no time to waste. Make your voice heard today. Fax as many people in Congress as possible with your urgent demands to let these children live. — Mat

This bill already passed the U.S. House (HR 3755). The Senate Judiciary Committee already held a hearing on the so-called “Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021” (S 1975).

This bill erases all of the following state or federal laws or requirements:

  • Waiting periods.

  • Informed consent.

  • All “restrictions that shame and stigmatize people seeking abortion services” such as ultrasounds.

  • Parental involvement (of both notification and consent).

  • Anything “reducing the availability of abortion services.”

  • Late term abortion, thus permitting the gruesome “partial birth abortion” where a baby is pulled breach out of the womb with only the head in the uterus while the base of its skull is punctured and the brains are sucked out—all while the baby is still alive.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, by using Rule 14, can bring this bill to the Senate floor at any moment. And the reason they are rushing is because they fear the Dobbs case at the Supreme Court may overturn Roe v. Wade.

On the cusp of this possible Supreme Court victory, we cannot let this bill pass. Act now to send faxes to as many senators as possible to demand they block this deadly bill.

I want to warn you. This bill is not an old-fashioned abortion bill. Killing helpless children is not enough for radicals now. This bill also seeks to codify critical race theory language that demonizes anyone who supports life.

It claims pro-life laws will continue to “perpetuate systems of oppression, lack of bodily autonomy, white supremacy, and anti-Black racism. This violent legacy has manifested in policies including enslavement, rape, and experimentation on Black women; forced sterilizations; medical experimentation on low-income women’s reproductive systems; and the forcible removal of Indigenous children. Access to equitable reproductive health care, including abortion services, has always been deficient. … ”

And now these radicals are seeking to tie advocates for life to some of the greatest ills in history and then write that into our federal laws!

The truth is that people pushing for Roe v. Wade are the same ones who wanted to kill as many African Americans as possible, as seen in the documentary Maafa21. Now, abortion has become the leading cause of death in the black community. In fact, “Abortion kills more black Americans than the seven leading causes of death combined,” CNS News reported.

Now these congressional Democrats claim that pro-life policies designed to protect all humans are racist! This is directly opposite from reality.

These children cannot fight for themselves. They need a hero to speak up for them. Your urgent faxes can make a difference today and for the future of our nation. Please do not remain silent. Fax the Senate to demand they stop this deadly bill and give these precious children the chance to live.

Here’s some “science” for you. This bill claims that having an abortion is no longer only for women, but now it is for “every person capable of becoming pregnant.” This includes, “women, transgender men, non-binary individuals, those who identify with a different gender, and others."

This bill wants to put into federal law that advocates for life are sexist and that our actions somehow equate to “gender oppression.”

It reads: “Abortion-specific restrictions are a tool of gender oppression … and reinforce harmful stereotypes about gender roles, women’s decision-making … These restrictions harm the basic autonomy, dignity, and equality of women. … ”

I am reminded of the words of Mother Teresa of Calcutta who said, “It is a poverty to decide that a child must die so that you may live as you wish.”

We must fight for these precious children. Send faxes right away to block this bill and give these children a better chance to grow up, laugh, play and learn.
