House Democrats have introduced H. Res. 1209 that is the equivalent of the “Equality Act 2.0.” Unfortunately, this version is worse than the original “Equality Act,” as it not only seeks to impose the LGBTQ agenda everywhere and on everyone, but also seeks to impose abortion protections on the states that are far more radical than Roe v. Wade.

The bill is designated H.Res. 1209, the so-called “Transgender Bill of Rights,” and it already has 97 sponsors and co-sponsors!

Your speech, social media, websites, church, schools, day care, work, insurance plans, medical care and more will be affected. But we can stop this outrageous bill if we act now! H.Res. 1209 is not about equality—if it were, it would not expressly state that no religious exemptions are allowed! This is about crushing religious freedom.

Churches and religious schools must have the right to teach the next generation biblical values. Without this freedom, churches and schools will close or go underground. Communist countries relentlessly target churches to silence them. And that is exactly what this so-called “Transgender Bill of Rights” does as well.

Imagine your children at church or a Christian school being taught by a male “drag queen,” and the church or school is powerless to say, “No, this violates our biblical beliefs!”

Seems far-fetched? It’s not.

We actually have a case of an elementary teacher in Madison, Wisconsin, who sent all the children in K-5 a video telling them to no longer refer to him as “Mr.” From henceforth, they must refer to him as “Mx.” because he is “neither male nor female.” He says he is “both, and sometimes neither.”

If radicals in Congress push these special privileges through, then any person attempting to be transgender, including “Mx. Steel,” could apply to teach at your church or school, and legally the hand of the pastor or principal would be tied. If that person even “perceived” any “discrimination” (even if it was not real), then H.Res. 1209 would give the full weight of the federal government to investigate and litigate against that religious institution or individual.

H.Res. 1209 will force churches and religious schools—pre-K through college—to remain silent and submit to this radical agenda. Send faxes immediately to help us fight this outrageous effort.

Already this is much closer than you might think. Chris Weaver led “worship” at his “church” in New York called Zoe Ministries. Then Chris would go straight from church to put on makeup and perform in drag as “Nedra Belle” at local specialized bars.

He even bragged to a reporter, “Listen, the children better be ready” for his drag queen performance as “Nedra Belle.”

If H.Res. 1209 passes, trying to stop someone like Chris from “leading worship” while dressed in drag at your church or synagogue would be met with an investigation from the U.S. attorney general’s office followed with a lawsuit from our own government against people of faith!

We have a very narrow window to stop this. I’m asking you to make your voice heard on Capitol Hill by sending a fax directly to key decision-makers in Congress. They need to hear from you. Join us in blocking 1209 with your urgent faxes now.

Not only will churches and religious schools face costly lawsuits, but it is likely they will also lose tax-exempt status, and schools will lose accreditation. For most schools, especially colleges and universities, loss of accreditation is a death sentence. Remember the for-profit ITT Technical Institute? It closed after losing accreditation. With students unable to get student loans and not being able to go on to graduate school, any loss of accreditation is devastating.

The Transgender Bill of Rights will also force churches and religious organizations that perform marriage ceremonies to provide the facilities for same-sex ceremonies … or face crushing lawsuits.

Abuse shelters for women will be forced to allow men to sleep in the same rooms with women. Churches will be forced to allow boys to sleep with girls on overnight trips.

H.Res. 1209 will affect everyone, including the individual working part time from home providing goods or services online. This resolution is a massive expansion of the federal government.

Time is short and every vote counts. Everyone reading this email should respond by sending faxes demanding they vote NO on H. Res. 1209.

By the way, this version includes “nonbinary,” which is an umbrella term that includes “Queer.” This includes an entire universe beyond LGBT—and queer also includes “minor attracted individuals” (pedophilia). This is NOT an exaggeration! Every possible, imaginable deviant behavior will become a special protected class that has the power to destroy religious freedom.
