This is a serious and urgent matter! The current proposed amendments are very disturbing and far more radical than last year’s suggested changes to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) governing documents, the International Health Regulations (IHR). The WHO is racing ahead with its plan for global tyranny.

These amendments go far beyond digital health records or “Vaccine Passports.”

Now, it is hard to even pick out which are the most dangerous from a long list of amendments spread across many pages in two separate documents. But here are two key ones.

First, the amendments will give WHO unprecedented power not just over a “public health risk” but also over “all risks with a potential to impact public health.” Anything can be a “potential” risk to “public health.” This includes access to abortion, “climate change,” and, of course, COVID.  

Second, the amendments change WHO from an advisory U.N. agency to “a legally binding agreement” of 194 countries with the authority to “detect, assess, report, and respond to public health events.”  

Joe Biden is behind this push to give WHO global authority over YOU. We have a chance to stop Biden from giving away our sovereignty IF we act now. Flood Congress with as many faxes as possible to oppose and defund this disturbing power grab and stop the Biden administration. —Mat

Joe Biden wants to amend the WHO International Health Regulations to give the U.N. agency global power. Like George W. Bush (who got us into the IHR mess), Biden wants to bypass the Senate by calling this an “agreement” rather than a treaty. We must stop him before it’s too late!

The new amendments will be voted on during the annual World Health Assembly meeting in May. A simple majority vote of the member nations can give WHO global authority!

These amendments will give WHO the ability to control all treatments, injections, and personal protective equipment (PPE); determine what is “essential;” control trade, commerce, and your ability to work, travel, and worship; and even force quarantine and isolation.

The amendments allow the WHO to regulate/control all the “components, materials or parts” for any treatments. WHO could ban ivermectin and mandate its own treatment protocol.

WHO would have control over “health care technologies.”  

These changes will give the WHO the power to force medical treatments on the unwilling recipients and withhold lifesaving treatments from those who could die without them.

Then the WHO would censor “misinformation” and “disinformation.” WHO would be able to wield “[l]everage of communication channels to communicate the risk, countering misinformation and dis-information.”

Just imagine WHO leveraging media and social media to tell you how you are to comply with its latest global “health” directive ... Biden’s Department of Homeland Security was rebuffed for wanting to do the same thing, so now he wants to bypass the courts and the people and go global. And this is just the beginning!

In order to vote on these changes at the 76th World Health Assembly, the proposed amendments must be submitted to WHO very soon. Then these significant changes can be adopted by a simple majority of the 194 member nations. The amendments are too numerous to discuss here, but here are a few points:

• Article 1 — Change WHO from an advisory organization that makes recommendations to a governing body whose proclamations would be legally binding.
• Article 3 — Remove “respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people.”
• Article 18 — Give WHO global authority to require medical examinations, proof of prophylaxis, and proof of vaccine, and to implement contact tracing, quarantine, and treatment.
• Articles 18, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, 35, 36, and 44 and Annexes 6, 7, and 8— Institute a system of digital or paper global health Vaccine Passports.
• Article 44A — Redirect unspecified billions of dollars to the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex without accountability.
• Article 45 — Allow the disclosure of your personal health data.
  
• Annex 10 — Create an obligation to build, provide, and maintain IHR infrastructure at points of entry.

We have limited time to block this new effort.

It is time to throw off the chains of tyranny that are being forged right now. We must not allow Biden to give away American sovereignty and replace it with global tyranny that rests in the unelected, unaccountable WHO.

If we cannot stop Biden’s sovereignty giveaway in Congress, then Liberty Counsel will be forced to defend our precious rights in court. Two years under the Biden regime have strained our resources. But we will NEVER stop fighting for freedom.
