The World Health Organization (WHO) just issued a press release stating it is pushing ahead to pass amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) at the World Health Assembly (WHA). This lawless coup attempt is happening in Geneva despite the lack of a published, final copy of these extensive amendments. The WHO is moving at a fever pitch to pass its tyrannical agenda — even though that is in direct violation of its own constitution.

The press release states the “Member States agreed to continue to work” during the WHA to “finalize the package of amendments to the IHR (2005)” and “agree the timing, format and process to conclude the pandemic agreement.”

On the homepage of the IHR for the amendments, the WHO admits, “The IHR are an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States” (emphasis added). Despite the setback at the beginning of the week, the WHO is pressing to pass amendments to give itself binding international authority.

Not only does this plan violate the WHO’s constitution, but it also violates our constitution — because treaties require a 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate.

The Biden administration is pushing hard for the WHO to have global authority. We must urge Congress to act NOW to investigate and block this global attack on freedom. It is not too late to act even after the World Health Assembly concludes. We must exit the WHO and defund the WHO (HR 79) and require any WHO agreement be subject to 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate (HR 1425 and S 444). — Mat

The WHO’s press release alleges the member states “stressed that agreement on updated and stronger International Health Regulations [was] essential for ensuring global health security.”

We don’t know what will come out of the meeting in Geneva because the final language of the proposed amendments has not been released — which expressly violates the WHO’s constitution.

According to Article 55, amendments to the IHR must be published at least four months before a vote. That has not happened. The WHO is not following its own rules.

But now Russia is supporting the WHO. Our coalition members are working with other nations to file a challenge to WHO under Article 56.

Liberty Counsel Action has been tracking the WHO’s goals for more than three years. We are very confident in the breadth and depth and the control that the WHO plans to amass through these amendments.

Thus far, the WHO has language that will mandate:

• Extensive surveillance.

• On-site investigations.

• Control of laboratory diagnostics, including referral of samples.

• Implementation of control measures to force vaccination and isolation.

• Access to health services and health products.

• Risk communication, including countering “misinformation and disinformation.”

• Logistics, imports and exports, trade, and supply chains.

Globalists are desperate to take away our freedom. If Congress does not stop Joe Biden, the WHO treaty and IHR amendments will be adopted and the WHO will hold binding global power.

Vaccine Passports ...

Recent language coming out of the WHO states: “Health documents under these Regulations may be issued in non-digital format or digital format, subject to the obligations of any State Party regarding the format of such documents deriving from other international agreements.” And “said health documents shall conform to the [WHO directives], and their authenticity shall be ascertainable.”

The WHO wants to track, trace, and control everyone. And not just in an emergency situation but in every situation it wants to control.

Even a “potential” threat will trigger the WHO’s authority ...

These proposed amendments can authorize the WHO when there is a mere “potential risk to public health.” And, in the world of the WHO, everything has the “potential” to impact public health. And everything comes under “public health.” EVERYTHING!
