Illegal Activity From WHO

In the final hours of the World Health Assembly (WHA) in Geneva, the World Health Organization (WHO) cast aside its own constitution to pass modified amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). Adding insult to injury, the delegates from Japan complained that only about 1/3 of the member nations were present for the vote that occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning – well past the publicized ending date of the meeting.

Attorney Reggie Littlejohn, a member of our coalition who was in Geneva, said, “The manner in which the IHR Amendments were passed flagrantly violates the WHO’s own rules. In defiance of the requirement to submit proposed amendments four months in advance of a vote, the WHO released the final text just hours before the final vote. ... The WHO’s tossing out of its own rule indicates its disregard for the rule of law. If it is willing to disregard such an important safeguard as Article 55, what is stopping it from disregarding any other provision in the IHRs?”

We cannot tolerate these lawless acts of the WHO!

Even worse, this early morning meeting was done without an actual vote ... in a room that was largely empty of the delegates who were attending. According to the Japanese delegates (who objected), only 1/3 of the member nations were present for this meeting that extended to the early morning hours.

This was the work of the Biden administration, Communist China, and other anti-American co-conspirators lawlessly launching a new mechanism for foisting “global governance” on to all of us. And it is time to fight back.

The WHO did not get everything it wanted. We stopped many of the terrible amendments and the Pandemic Treaty. But the WHO did push through some concerning amendments, and, worse, the WHO is not done. Urge Congress to stop Joe Biden and the WHO by sending your faxes to Congress today to block the WHO and defund it. — Mat

This battle is far from over. Compared to what the globalist radicals wanted, we stopped a massive attack on freedom, but we did lose some important battles along the way.  

There are four main points in the IHR amendments that are of significant concern, and they underscore what we must pull out of the WHO. What the WHO passed, albeit illegally, includes:

  1. Establishment of Vaccine Passports for everyone on the planet. Such IDs, when digital, are platforms for the WHO to create vast databases for surveilling public health and behavior worldwide. They also permit gathering personal information about every individual’s place of employment, income, bank accounts, family, social media posts, possible restriction of travel, quarantine — if not in compliance with required vaccinations, and much more. This even opens the door to permit the “China Model” recommended by WHO Director-General Tedros during the COVID-19 pandemic to become a full-on international version of the Communist Chinese totalitarian “Social Credit System.”

  1. Requirement that every state party strengthen its capabilities to address “misinformation” and “disinformation” — an internationally binding legal pretext for imposing the sort of censorship mechanisms the Biden administration previously secretly engineered with the help of tech giants like Google, Facebook, and Twitter.

  1. Establishment of an authorized government authority in every nation that reports to the WHO with control over medical resources and supply chains.

  1. Empowerment of WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus — the man responsible for so much of the damage needlessly done in response to the COVID-19 pandemic — as the sole arbiter of what constitutes a “public health emergency of international concern” and what must be done in response to it.

These four points (and others) significantly and dramatically alter the WHO’s authority. The transformation will entail the surrender of American sovereignty. Any such change must be approved by 2/3 of the U.S. Senate, but Joe Biden is ignoring this requirement.  

This is the perfect opportunity to send this through the Senate, where there is no way that it will gain the approval of Republicans.  

We are working overtime to stop the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty and the amendments to the IHR, but we need your help to tell members of Congress that the time to act is NOW. Time is running out. The WHO announced it will meet in July on the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty with the intent of passing it this year.

We have limited time to block this new effort by the WHO, Joe Biden, and Communist China. Push back before it’s too late. Send your urgent faxes to members of Congress to oppose sacrificing Americans’ sovereignty to WHO.

It is clear that the WHO is operating outside its authority. Article 55.2 of the WHO Constitution requires that proposed language should be made public at least four months prior to a vote.

The WHO is not following its own rules, and we cannot allow the WHO to get away with this illegal behavior. Our team is working hard to counter these threats.
