At the Democrat National Convention (DNC), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said he will remove the 60-vote filibuster rule if he maintains a majority in the Senate so the Democrats can pass two extreme bills they have been pushing for years — their bill that will open voting to fraud and their HR 12 abortion-up-to-birth bill that will override all state abortion laws.

Schumer is willing to destroy Senate rules dating officially to 1917 (and even earlier in some instances) just to pass these bills. The voting bill would enshrine voter fraud, and the abortion bill would make abortion a federal right.

Sen. Schumer has consistently threatened to destroy the filibuster, if he can just get “enough” votes to do so. It only takes 51 votes to change the rules and remove the filibuster, which mandates at least 60 votes to start and end debate for a bill in the U.S. Senate. Of the two Democrats who were standing in Schumer’s way, neither is running for reelection (Joe Manchin) and one left the party altogether (Kyrsten Sinema).

Sen. Schumer has stated, “If [Republicans] vote no on everything … our caucus will have to get together and figure out how to get it done. Everything will be on the table. Failure is not an option. We cannot turn away from the big, bold change that is needed.”

Sen. Schumer’s priorities are fraud and murder! And he only needs TWO votes to pass both bills. We need to make sure All Republicans and at least a few Democrats resist Schumer’s attempt to abolish the filibuster. Tell Congress: VOTE NO on HR 12.

The HR 12 abortion bill is clearly the prize Schumer and Kamala Harris seek. This bill and the state ballot initiatives are MORE EXTREME than Roe v. Wade.

HR 12 will prevent states from setting reasonable health and safety standards — standards designed to protect health such as oxygen, sterile medical devices, doctor licenses, and other basic regulations.

When the Dobbs ruling overturned Roe v. Wade, we knew the abortion cult would not go away. As you know, after our amicus brief was cited by the U.S. Supreme Court in overturning Roe, we have been fighting Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, and the Soros-funded Open Society march of death.

Language in the Democrat-backed HR 12 abortion bill is shocking.

• Section 2.8 asserts that abortion creates “better maternal bonding.” How is it possible for mothers to “better bond” with a dead child?

• Sections 2.17 claims that abortion bans cause a loss of “liberty, dignity, bodily autonomy, equality, due process, privacy, health, and freedom from cruel and inhumane treatment.” Yet all of this ignores the most gruesome and cruel treatment of these little children.

• Section 2.20 states, “Abortion is one of the safest medical procedures in the United States.” But abortion is NEVER safe for the child, and often causes serious injury to the mother — including sterility. With each abortion performed, at least one person winds up dying.

But perhaps most eye popping of all of the federal abortion bill’s demonstrably false claims is found in Sections 2.12 and 2.13. In those sections, the abortion advocates claim that abortion bans are racist and primarily hurt minorities.

In overturning Roe, the Supreme Court referenced Liberty Counsel’s amicus brief that detailed the racist eugenic origins of the abortion movement, as well as the ongoing genocide of black and brown children through abortion.

Section 2 reveals this bill’s insanity; Section 3 strips ALL protection.

In Section 3, the bill states that any and all restrictions, or any and all rules, laws, and policies that might delay an abortion must be erased. Ultrasound laws will be eliminated. Parental consent will be eliminated. State and local regulations will be abolished. And taxpayers will be forced to pay.

The bill states that any restriction based on the age of the unborn child must be overturned. Even the federal partial birth abortion ban will be overturned, and unlimited abortion on demand up to birth will be the law.

Same song, different verse. . .

The lies in the federal HR 12 abortion bill are the same lies pushed in the state abortion initiatives.

This evil HR 12 and the state abortion initiatives will unleash the unthinkable. Planned Parenthood wants even more blood.

The day I visited a morgue in Orlando, Florida to see Baby Rowan was a day I will never forget. At 21-weeks' gestation, his lifeless body was cramped inside a shoebox for a makeshift coffin. The mortician opened the freezer. I was shocked as I held his hand between my thumb and index finger.

I will never be silent. Rowan was perfectly formed — the victim of a late-term abortion. In Florida, for example, Amendment 4 will mean if it passes in November — NO doctors, NO limits, NO parental consent, NO health and safety regulations. And taxpayer funding of abortion.
