Monkeypox has just been declared to be a public health emergency of international concern (“PHEIC”). This classification is used for a local disease that has the potential to spread and become a pandemic.

Instantly the media twisted that into fake news, that the World Health Organization (WHO) declared “a global health emergency,” which is entirely different. (emphasis added)

Only two mpox cases have been found outside of Africa (Sweden and Thailand), and both people traveled from Africa. The disease is most commonly spread by bodily fluids, especially in the homosexual community, so it is much easier to control than a respiratory disease like COVID-19.

With this backdrop, the WHO stands ready at any moment to call a global meeting for the sole purpose of passing the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty. This new mpox disease is being used as a reason the WHO needs to quickly finalize the Agreement and amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).

At the last meeting of the World Health Assembly, the WHO “decided to extend the mandate of the INB to finish its work as soon as possible, and submit its outcome for consideration by the Seventy-eighth World Health Assembly in 2025, or earlier by a special session of the World Health Assembly if possible in 2024 with only one agenda item dedicated to this outcome.” (emphasis added)

Next week, the WHO meets September 3 to push this Treaty, and it will continue to meet through September 20 on the same agenda.

The WHO must be stopped before it’s too late! The WHO is frantically moving forward under the Biden-Harris administration to finish this Treaty before the end of this year!

The proposed Treaty will do all the following:

• Establish the WHO as the world authority with 122 uses of the legally binding language “shall” dictating the actions of nation states.

• Demand America (and all other nations) GIVE the WHO 10% of all manufactured pandemic-related supplies to then “sell” the WHO another 10% at whatever price the WHO sets.

• Extend the WHO’s control over any “risk of pandemic.”

• Demand universal health coverage as a fundamental right.

• Force global “health surveillance” with data given to the WHO.

• Require equitable distribution of medical treatment, thus forcing health care providers to give priority to certain predetermined classes (which could include race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, region, or any group identified by the WHO as “vulnerable”) while disadvantaging other patients based on these same criteria.

• Implement a “One Health Approach,” which is an integrated, approach to “sustainably balance and optimize the health of people, animals, and ecosystems. It recognizes that the health of humans, domestic and wild animals, plants, and the wider environment (including ecosystems) is closely linked and interdependent.”

• Demand standards of control over everything from plants to pets.

• Control access to approved medicines and censor treatment.

• Create an internationally controlled system of official government-controlled medical laboratories and government-run facilities.

• Prevent “misinformation, disinformation and stigmatization.”

• Regulate travel, trade, imports, exports, and the production of goods, medicine, and medical supplies based on “equity.”

• Require nations build, provide, and maintain infrastructure at points of entry where the WHO will regulate imports and exports.

• Control water access along with sanitation and hygiene practices.

• And so much more!

Any one of these bullet points is a serious threat to our freedom, but when combined, they represent the most repressive regime imaginable — on a global scale!

And if any nation doesn’t like what the WHO is forcing them to do, they can try mediation. If that is unsuccessful, they can go into foreign arbitration “in accordance with the Permanent Court of Arbitration Rules of 2012.” This arbitration will hand down a compulsory and legally binding decision.

Similar to The Hague, this WHO arbitration panel includes 60 people from nearly 30 nations. Many of these nations are not favorable to America.

The raw power the WHO and the Pandemic Treaty give the WHO’s director-general must be stopped. If Congress does not act, Biden-Harris will give the WHO this power. With the WHO’s close ties to China, the WHO will use what it has pushed as the “Chinese model” to censor information and control people. We must respond to stop this global dictatorship.
