He Was Psychologically Tortured for This

Dec 24, 2024

He spent four months in solitary confinement simply for his political views. John Strand was previously scheduled to be in Washington, D.C. The date just happened to fall on January 6, 2021. He was working in his professional capacity for a nonprofit organization previously scheduled to present at a government-approved rally with a permit to be on Capitol grounds.

There was a stage where his boss was scheduled to speak, but before she spoke, there was a loud noise. The crowd panicked. The doors of the Capitol were opened from the inside, and the crowd thought they were supposed to go inside. The wave of people pushed him inside the Capitol building. At this point, there was confusion. John's boss was pushed down, and he pulled her up and off to the side. As they got oriented, the Capitol Police were very calm. Police did not give a single directive to leave the Capitol.

Weeks later, John describes his arrest with a battering ram breaking down his door as straight out of a Jason Bourne action film. He was brutally assaulted by a dozen agents pointing red lasers at his chest. He describes them as “completely evil.” From there, he was punished with four months of horrific solitary confinement. This is physiological torture. Only his faith in Jesus kept him alive.

He was finally freed from prison last July after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against the Department of Justice. When I interviewed John, I was deeply disturbed by his story.

Urge President Donald Trump to bring justice, free peaceful J6 prisoners, and hold accountable those responsible for this abuse of justice.

+ + The truth finally comes out

After three and a half years of hemming and hawing, the FBI finally admitted it had 26 informants paid by the FBI inside the U.S. Capitol.

The day after this information came out, FBI Director Christopher Wray abruptly resigned.

Meanwhile CNN still tried to twist the truth and boldly launched with the headline that “No undercover FBI agents were at the January 6” event. But there were “informants” — which generally include people who are paid. Certainly, they are people designed to entrap others. Why would the FBI do such a thing?

If the FBI suspected a disturbance, why did the agency not increase law enforcement and secure the building? This looks like an intentional setup.

Most people didn’t think they were doing anything wrong.

The J6 people are the ones caught in the middle!

Urge President Donald Trump to pardon every peaceful J6er and clear this injustice off their record on Day One of his presidency.

++ Compounding injustice!

James Grant was a rising legal star with a nearly 100,000-dollar scholarship for law school. He wrote, “I spent almost 3 years in prison for pushing a fence that hit nobody.” The video angles were selectively shown that made it appear that he was attacking a police officer, when, in reality, he was helping to pull someone else off and away from the police officer to protect that officer. But no good deed goes unpunished and the camera angle that would have exonerated him was hidden during his trial.

James said during the 32 months he spent in prison, he “faced tremendous challenges in the wake of the political persecution of the FBI and DOJ. After nearly three years in nightmare jails and prisons like Northern Neck, the DC Jail, and USP Lewisburg, I was recently released — by the mercy and grace of God.”

“I was fully acquitted of 5 out of 9 charges at trial and was found not guilty of any crimes involving injury.” Even now, the FBI STILL has possession of his personal laptop from three years ago.

“I feel completely overwhelmed. I’m now trying to readjust to society without a career and have been forced to move back in with my parents.”

As James describes his ordeal, he says in the jails, “I was tortured.” He was given only a smock to wear and put in a cell with nothing more than a grate in the floor to use for the bathroom. He was not provided a toilet.

Our nation has tortured political prisoners. How did we get to this point? And more importantly, how do we get past this blot on our nation? The best way to restore justice in our nation is to demand it immediately.

++ Not done yet ...

For James, this nightmare continues. He must report to his probation officer, who is a 40-minute drive away. But his life has been ruined, and he has no car. Nor does he have money because he is unemployed. And yet he must report three days each week.

Employment has been impossible for James to find after the media attacks and lies against him.

In the cruelest twist of irony, James was protesting corruption and a lack of transparency in the voting process; however, in North Carolina, where he lives, felons cannot vote while they are still on probation. So, James lost his voting rights for protesting unfair and illegal voting.

We must step into the gap and advocate for a full pardon for all peaceful protesters. And the wrongdoers who orchestrated this government abuse must be held accountable. Tell President Trump to protect our constitutional freedoms, end this injustice, and clear their records.

As we begin this new year, we have a long list of actions that urgently need to be accomplished when President Trump takes office. Without you, these outcomes could have been — or could be — much different.
