In a shocking series of rulings, judges are blocking the policies of President Trump’s administration with “nationwide injunctions.”

These rulings are undermining President Trump’s efforts to restore our nation, secure our border, end fraud and waste, and stop spending taxpayer dollars on toxic political agendas. These rulings are obstructing the will of the people and hurting America.

The radical left is consistently filing suits in jurisdictions that likely have judges favorable to their cause, and these judges are issuing sweeping injunctions that undermine Trump’s executive authority. But they are not just attacking President Trump — they are attacking YOU and everyone who voted for bold leadership, economic responsibility, and a secure nation. Their goal is to grind this administration to a halt through endless legal roadblocks and nationwide injunctions!

There are two bills in Congress that will stop nationwide injunctions. HR 97 and HR 1526 will limit these nationwide injunctions and those that extend beyond the parties to the case.

Here’s what has been happening across our nation:

• Judges are stopping fast-track deportations of criminals —allowing criminals to remain in the U.S. instead of expediting their removal. Instead of enforcing immigration laws, the courts are rewarding those who break them.

• Fired federal workers have been reinstated — Judges have forced the administration to reinstate thousands of employees across 13 federal departments. This halted massive cost-cutting measures. The Trump administration was cutting thousands of unnecessary jobs and underperforming bureaucrats to save hundreds of billions of dollars — until the judges issued injunctions that extend beyond the parties to the case.

• USAID funds to foreign organizations that harm America — A judge has ordered President Trump to reinstate 2 billion dollars in funding to foreign organizations, many of which are using taxpayer dollars to push DEI and LGBTQ ideology.

• And these are just some of the egregious ones. . .

The courts are obstructing the very policies that millions of Americans voted to achieve.

But here’s the good news: we don’t have to stand by and watch them destroy our nation. HR 97 and HR 1526 will limit the reach of these injunctions. A single judge on the West Coast should not be able to have such far-reaching power.
