Vote TOMORROW on judges. . .

Apr 8, 2025

Tomorrow, the U.S. House will have a critical vote to change shocking displays of judicial overreach. They need to hear from you before this important vote. This comes after a federal judge blocked the White House administration from accessing Social Security numbers and medical records information necessary to ensure proper distribution of benefits and prevent fraud.

T
he judge demanded that Elon Musk and the DOGE team delete all records that they had previously accessed. This judge claims that allowing the White House access constitutes a breach of privacy.

This one judge has single-handedly halted President Trump from rooting out waste and fraud within the federal government. It is time to push back immediately against this judicial overreach.

Two bills in the U.S. House aim to limit the power of activist judges who are overstepping their authority. Both bills (HR 97 and HR 1526) limit injunctions to apply only to the specific parties to the case, thus stopping these nationwide injunctions that exceed the authority of the courts.

Urge Congress to pass HR 97 and HR 1526 and end the judicial overreach where a single judge dictates national policy.

Adding to the urgency, the Social Security Trust Fund is projected to be depleted by 2035 putting the financial security of millions of American retirees at risk. Efforts to root out fraud and ensure that benefits are distributed only to those who are legally entitled are critical to extending the solvency of this essential program.

In the short time DOGE had to evaluate the SSA, the administration uncovered illegal immigrants in both Social Security and Medicare. And the families of dead people are still receiving Social Security benefits.

They found 12.4 million monthly Social Security checks being issued to “people” who, according to records, are 120 or more years old

Furthermore, if we total the number of people listed as “eligible” for Social Security, which is 398.4 million people — then compare that total to the U.S. population of 341 million there are 57 million MORE people “eligible” than the total U.S. population!

This judge’s decision stops the Trump administration's efforts to identify and eliminate fraud within the SSA and thus save taxpayers billions.

We cannot allow activist judges to impede the work necessary to stop severe waste and fraud. Urge Congress to act now to rein this back in.

Liberty Counsel Action is committed to fighting judicial overreach and supporting the administrations efforts to safeguard taxpayer dollars and the integrity of our electoral system.
