Imagine being thrown in jail for doing nothing more than protecting your child. That’s what happened to Ruth Encarnacion and Isael Rivera. Their children were removed from their home and placed in the custody of the state. The parents were hauled off to jail — all because they requested, and in fact, received a religious exemption to vaccines in their home state of Massachusetts.

This isn't a one-off case. It's a warning.

Ruth and Isael did what any loving parent would do — they stood firm on their deeply held religious beliefs. But when they took their 9-month-old child to the doctor for a checkup, the pediatrician refused to respect their legal exemption. Even though the baby was perfectly healthy, the doctor reported them to Child Protective Services. Ruth and Isael were sent to jail. All five of their children were taken and placed in foster care.

Why is this happening? The answer is the influence of Big Pharma, which has enjoyed legal immunity from liability since 1986 for any vaccine no matter how much harm or death it may cause. This must change.

This is medical tyranny, plain and simple. And it’s happening while evidence continues to mount that vaccines — especially the COVID shots — can cause real, lasting harm.

A CDC whistleblower admitted key data linking vaccines and autism was intentionally destroyed. Instead of transparency, the government and Big Pharma launched a cover-up. And Congress granted that these vaccine manufacturers are shielded from accountability, thanks to a special legal immunity bill.

These corporations make billions in profits. Yet when something goes wrong, it’s families — not Big Pharma — that pay the price.

+ + Autism Rates Explode

In the 1970s, autism affected just 1 in every 10,000 children.

By 1986, when Congress gave vaccine makers immunity and the schedule increased to 12 required shots, the number of autistic children jumped to 1 in 1,000.

Today, children get up to 75 doses by age 18 — and 27 of those happen before age 2. Now, 1 in every 31 children in America has autism. These parents are seeking religious exemptions for a very good reason.

The lifetime cost per autistic child in monthly disability payments and medical expenses? Over 2.7 million dollars. So if even one child is saved from a future with autism, that is a huge financial savings for everyone.

Yet Big Pharma continues to profit with zero accountability. They are one of the largest contributors to politicians on both sides of the aisle. They pour millions into elections. Congress has created a rigged system designed to protect profits over people.

And now we have a once-in-a-generation chance to change that.

+ + A Moment We’ve Never Had Before

There is massive resistance to holding Big Pharma accountable. Their cash cow — protected by congressional immunity — is under threat. They’ll spend whatever it takes to protect it.

Just look at what they’ve already done: Former Rep. David Weldon, a physician who was willing to look at the truth about vaccines and their safety was reportedly blocked from a CDC nomination due to Big Pharma lobbying.

These corporations are willing to destroy careers, and even entire companies, to protect their profits.

But we’ve never had momentum like this. Parents across the country are waking up. Lawmakers are starting to ask questions. And if we raise our voices together, we can break Big Pharma’s grip on Capitol Hill.

They have power. But we have the truth — and we have YOU to help hold Congress accountable.
