Shocking Discovery About Our Water Supply

May 8, 2025

A young man described his girlfriend’s “hours of pain,” saying “it utterly ripped me apart to see her writhing in agony, interspersed with trips to the toilet as the [abortion] started. It culminated in one trip from which she didn’t return, all I heard was sobs, drained of energy she couldn’t even cry with the force the pain deserved. I soon discovered that it wasn’t the pain the sobs were for, it was for what she had seen in the toilet. A recognisable [sic] shape. Then flushed away.”

This is what chemical abortion looks like. Consuming a deadly concoction of pills. Racked with pain — staring into a toilet to see a dead child.

Millions of unborn babies — some as far along as 10, 12, or even 20 weeks — have been flushed into our sewage systems. One expert estimated that the annual waste from chemical abortions equals 30 tons.

And yet NO ONE in Washington is investigating how these human remains — and the dangerous drugs that killed them — are affecting your drinking water. But you can change that. Fax Congress, the FDA, and the EPA to demand an investigation and immediate action to stop this national health crisis.

Sadly, this woman's story is far from rare.

As chemical abortions surge, so does the number of fetal remains entering water systems — by the hundreds of thousands! Treatment plants were never built to handle human bodies.

It’s horrifying. And it is becoming all too routine. This has happened to millions of children.

No sanitation standards. No containment. No dignity. And no federal oversight.

Georgia law prohibits flushing fetal remains after an in-clinic abortion. So do many other states. When abortion happens at a licensed facility, fetal remains must be cremated or buried.

But if the abortion happens at home with mail-order pills, there are zero regulations.

Millions of unborn children are being flushed like waste.

No names. No death certificates. No graves. No accountability.

Not even clean drinking water.

This has to stop. Tell Congress, the FDA, and the EPA to act now to end this health crisis.

+ + Fetal Remains Are Clogging Our Sewers

In California, waste treatment workers discovered the body of a 20-week-old aborted baby caught in the wastewater system. The baby was 10 inches long with arms, legs, and a face.

Human fetal remains do not break down like human waste. They contain dense tissue, bone, and cartilage — all of which resist the decomposition processes that wastewater systems use. When these remains are flushed after a chemical abortion, they often become lodged in toilets, pipes, and sewage infrastructure.

Cities and counties across the country are struggling with aging and overburdened sewer systems. Now, with millions of chemical abortions happening at home and fetal remains being flushed into the sewer system, the risk of clogs, backups, and toxic overflows, even into homes, is rising. These blockages can cause significant system failures, increase maintenance costs, and expose public workers to hazardous biological material.

Yet, despite these well-known risks, fetal remains continue to be flushed into Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) systems nationwide with little to no regulatory oversight. It’s an unsanitary, dangerous, and deeply inhumane practice that demands urgent federal investigation.

This is a national health emergency, and Congress, the FDA, and the EPA need to act now.

Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion created this crisis. Liberty Counsel Action is working in Washington to expose them and end this brutal, dehumanizing horror. But we can’t do it without you.

Your donation fuels our research, our policy recommendations, our meeting with high level officials and potential research partners, and our hard-hitting campaigns on Capitol Hill to expose the truth and change federal law.
