In a stunning and dangerous move, one judge blocked President Trump’s pause of Joe Biden’s resettlement program regarding 12,000 illegals.

Joe Biden opened the floodgates for an illegal invasion of America. The voters rejected open borders and chose President Trump to close them. But a Biden-appointed judge is attempting to seize power to continue the Biden agenda anyway.

President Trump placed a temporary pause on the “resettlement” program to give time to review the matter.

But rather than allow the President to do his sworn duty, this judge nominated by Joe Biden ordered President Trump to admit 12,000 into the United States. This is judicial tyranny.

Thomas Jefferson once wrote: “The germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the constitution of the federal Judiciary ...”

A bill in the U.S. Senate will restrict judges from issuing such broad nationwide injunctions that go beyond the actual parties to a case.

The judge, Jamal Whitehead, was nominated by Joe Biden. He previously served as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s enforcement lawyer in Seattle.

That commission was led by a woman named Chai Feldblum, infamous for her comments that between people of faith and the LGBTQ+ agenda our nation is “in a zero-sum game: a gain for one side necessarily entails a corresponding loss for the other side.” Nominated by Barack Obama, Feldblum believed LGBTQ rights trump religious freedom.

Feldblum is called the “lead architect” of the public school's “transgender” agenda that has harmed school children for decades. Under her leadership, the EEOC has forced the LGBTQ agenda on more than a dozen employers across America! Feldblum publicly stated those who are trying to live according to their religious beliefs are “pockets of resistance” that must bow to the LGBTQ+ agenda.

It was Feldblum’s plan that then-attorney Jamal Whitehead would carry out her radical agenda in Washington state.

Whitehead filed a 17-million-dollar lawsuit against a prison contractor to increase wages for illegal aliens who should have otherwise been deported.

And now Whitehead issued this ruling pulling order President Trump to admit 12,000 illegals into the America.

That is an outrage — and it’s exactly why we must act now and urge the Senate to move this bill forward.

This refugee program applies if someone is fleeing persecution, war, or natural disasters. Such individuals can apply through this program to come to the United States. This could be a conduit to bring criminals from the places most antagonistic to America — places like Gaza, Syria, and other radicalized Muslim countries.

Our staff in D.C. is working with members of Congress to pass a critical bill that will rein in these out-of-control federal court orders that are making dangerous national policy and usurping the authority of the Executive Branch.

This legislation will limit judicial power — stopping federal judges from issuing sweeping, national injunctions that affect people who are not parties to the case.

This bill is the first step to stop activist judges from overriding the Executive Branch and ignoring the voice of the people.

Unelected lower court judges were NEVER meant to control foreign policy or dictate our nation’s immigration policy.
