This week the House Energy and Commerce Committee advanced a federal budget bill that defunds ALL “family planning” clinics as a strategic move to cut off funding for Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion.

This is a huge victory ... but we are a LONG way from the finish line, and Planned Parenthood is doing EVERYTHING it can to stop the bill.

There are still three amendment opportunities, two floor votes, more committees, and at least one reconciliation process ahead — providing multiple options for Planned Parenthood to derail the bill.

What happened this week is a significant victory. But first we need to understand what our tax dollars are funding.

Keisha Atkins was just 23 years old and six months pregnant when she visited Southwestern Women’s Options, a late-term abortion clinic that has worked closely with Planned Parenthood affiliates.

Keisha had been told the abortion would be safe.

She died four days later.

The abortion clinic sent her home while labor was induced. Her symptoms worsened, but when she returned, staff delayed emergency care. Her oxygen levels plummeted. Her pulse dropped. Instead of calling 911, the clinic waited hours — and lied to paramedics when they arrived, falsely claiming she had just arrived in respiratory distress.

Keisha died from sepsis caused by a botched abortion.

Taxpayers fund these houses of horror. This is not health care. Our tax dollars should not fund human slaughterhouses.

We cannot allow one more cent to go to organizations that kill babies and sacrifice women for financial gain. In 2023-2024, Planned Parenthood raked in nearly 800 million dollars in taxpayer funds.

Remember that these staggering numbers apply just to Planned Parenthood. Our federal dollars also fund other abortions. THIS EVIL MUST STOP! Urge Congress to defund these Big Abortion providers.
