They May Not Vote IF This Happens

Mar 4, 2026

This is what we are hearing on Capitol Hill

Senate leadership may be getting cold feet. They may not even bring up one of the most critical votes of the year.

In the meantime, 29 states are defying the Department of Justice (DOJ) by refusing to hand over their voter registration lists, thus allowing potential fraud to fester unchecked. This is a direct assault on the sacred trust we place on the integrity of elections.

Silence becomes surrender, which is unacceptable.

The SAVE America Act would require proof of U.S. citizenship to register and a photo ID to vote in federal elections. This is not complicated. It is commonsense verification that only citizens decide federal elections.

Members of the U.S. Senate need to hear from you. Demand that they pass the Save America Act!

A 2023 Democratic primary in Bridgeport, Connecticut, was so riddled with fraud that a judge ordered a complete redo of the primary. Surveillance footage captured Wanda Geter-Pataky, vice chairwoman of the city's Democratic Town Committee, stuffing stacks of absentee ballots into drop boxes. She, along with city council members Maria Pereira, Alfredo Castillo, Jazmarie Melendez, and Stratford resident Margaret Joyce, faced charges, including misrepresenting eligibility, fraudulent voting, and conspiracy. Geter-Pataky alone was hit with 92 conspiracy charges.

This blatant ballot-harvesting scam swung the race by a mere 251 votes, proving how easily fraud can hijack an election. Fraud can happen.

Our leaders can't bury their heads in the sand and claim no fraud exists when the evidence of it is stark. Tell the Senate to ACT NOW!

But here is where it gets uncomfortable ...

Many of the states that concern us have far more identification requirements to apply for welfare than to vote.

However, the damage to our nation from a wrong election outcome is far more devastating than the loss of a few thousand dollars. It reshapes courts. It changes laws. It affects our freedom.

To qualify for SNAP or other government assistance, applicants typically must provide:

  • Proof of identity.

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status such as a birth certificate or passport.

  • Social Security numbers for most household members.

  • Proof of income, residency, and expenses.

However, even with those safeguards in place, Massachusetts officials just announced they uncovered almost 12 million dollars in SNAP fraud in a single fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. That discovery came despite Governor Maura Healey refusing to allow the USDA access to the database to help verify fraud from legitimate payouts.

Imagine the risk in a system where someone can simply sign a form claiming they are “eligible.”

In New York, voter registration is open and requires nothing more than self-attestation.

Our elections should be more secure than applying for SNAP benefits.
