This Senator Committed Fraud To Be President

Election fraud is not new — A look at the Johnson campaign

The consequences of election fraud led one man to the U.S. Senate and then to the White House.

In 1948, a young Lyndon B. Johnson trailed his opponent, former Texas Governor Coke Stevenson, in a hotly contested U.S. Senate Democrat primary. But after several recounts, mysterious “missing ballots” surfaced in Box 13 of tiny Jim Wells County, Texas. When the box was opened, there were 202 names — neatly listed alphabetically, written in the same ink and the same handwriting. And just like that, Johnson “won” by 87 votes statewide.

Even counties that had overwhelmingly favored Stevenson suddenly swung for Johnson overnight. Fraud had triumphed — and it rewrote history. The stench of corruption was unmistakable, yet the courts refused to investigate. The lawyer who blocked the inquiries? He was later rewarded with an appointment to the United States Supreme Court.

We have the opportunity to pass the greatest protections for our elections that our nation has ever seen. Verify citizenship to register and show a photo ID to vote. Simple. Clean and easy. Flood the Senate with your faxes to demand they pass the Save America Act.

Johnson went on to win the Senate race, later sponsored the “Johnson Amendment” to silence churches and nonprofits, and then became president of the United States when John F. Kennedy was assassinated.

Imagine if an election from a single precinct rife with fraud tipped the scales in a pivotal race that led to the presidency. Lyndon B. Johnson’s political career, initiated by fraud, reshaped the federal government more dramatically than any administration since World War II.

President Johnson ended up costing our nation countless dollars and is singlehandedly responsible for our national debt. How?

He extended governmental control over medical care and launched socialized medicine through Medicare and Medicaid, which permanently made Washington the center of health care. These two programs alone have cost taxpayers more than 31 trillion dollars, and — if you adjust for inflation — that becomes 47.98 trillion dollars. Put in perspective, our national debt is 38 trillion.

This one decision by a president who used fraud to launch his political career singlehandedly caused our national debt! And there is no perceptible lowering of cost out of pocket.

But the damage didn't stop there. Johnson's fraudulent ascent expanded federal leverage over public schools, stifling local control and parental rights that align with our Christian values. He furthered generational poverty by paying people to rent through Section 8 instead of encouraging home ownership — robbing families of long-term savings and stability.

The cost to our nation from the outcome of this one Democrat primary election is incalculable. It echoes through decades of bloated government, moral decay, and a national deficit. All from just 202 fraudulent votes.

There is no telling what will happen in this upcoming election if we make it impossible to cheat.

To accomplish this, you must act NOW — fax the Senate immediately to demand they pass the SAVE America Act before it's too late! This vote could happen in any second, or not at all, and your voice is the key to victory.

As stewards of this great nation, blessed by God with liberty, we must rise against the tide of deception that threatens our children's inheritance.

The SAVE America Act isn't just legislation; it's a bulwark against unchecked fraud. It will help restore trust in our electoral process. By requiring proof of citizenship, it honors the sacrifices of those who fought for a government of, by, and for the people — not manipulated by shadowy schemes.

Support our efforts to keep this front and center, as Liberty Counsel Action battles tirelessly in the halls of power to defend your rights. We've seen how one stolen election birthed trillions in wasteful spending, entangling Washington in every aspect of life, from health care to education. Now, with radicals pushing open borders and lax voting, the risk is greater than ever.

We need warriors like you to join this fight.

Time is running out — please give generously today to fuel this urgent battle. Your single gift of 50 dollars or more, or better yet, a recurring monthly gift of 20 dollars, will empower Liberty Counsel Action to mobilize millions and secure passage of the SAVE America Act.
