Shockingly, even before negotiations get serious, Republican legislators on Capitol Hill are already abandoning our principles and showing willingness to give tax dollars to Planned Parenthood ... according to an aide in House Speaker Mike Johnson’s office.

We have just two months before government funding ends on Independence Day. Before then, this budget must pass through many committees and both full chambers before resting on the president’s desk.

And we are starting from behind ...

Radicals think they have already won this battle. If you stay silent, they will be right. There is no time to waste. NOW is when we need to present a unified front to the radical pro-death lobby. They want to put the blood of children on our hands.

We are in control of the House, Senate, and White House. We should be on the cusp of victory, but instead, Republicans are saying that we won’t even try to stop this evil. We cannot allow this. We need you to flood Congress right now.

Behind closed doors, at least three U.S. Republican representatives are pushing for funds for Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers. They are Reps. Mike Lawler (R-NY), Jen Kiggans (R-VA), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA). These members are exerting significant pressure on House leadership to give up defunding Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion.

Usually when we get close to ending taxpayer-funded abortion, something changes at the last minute. A backroom deal. A revision. A late-night amendment. An early morning compromise. And hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer money can flow to these abortion clinics.

But now, REPUBLICANS ARE NOT EVEN STARTING WITH NEGOTIATION WITH CUTTING FUNDING FOR ABORTION INCLUDED.

This is a betrayal and abandonment of one of the more foundational principles of the Republican Party as they are in power.

We admit that Speaker Johnson is in a difficult place.

He can only lose three votes and still pass a budget out of the House to send the bill to the Senate. With these three Republicans, Planned Parenthood and others are on track to get hundreds of millions of dollars and are fighting hard to restore this pipeline of our resources into their pockets.
