The Transgender Bill of Rights lays out a series of lies and confusion designed to implement an extreme LGBT & Q agenda. Remember that the “Q” stands for “Queer,” which is understood to mean any deviant behavior that is not L, G, B, or T. In other words, the Q encompasses about 550 paraphilias, including bestiality and pedophilia.

• Open private spaces — shelters, restrooms, detention facilities, and more — based on “gender identity” rather than biology.

• Shape federal policy and funding decisions based on gender identity.
