Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action

It’s happening again — with 116 legislators in Congress clamoring to pass the extreme "Transgender Bill of Rights.”
This bill is a sweeping federal framework designed to reshape law, culture, and conscience in every corner of America. It reaches into schools, employment, medicine, and even how truth itself is defined in law, and it would be a powerful force to force many to bow to these lies....
Silence now means we will pay a high price in the future.
We are at a crossroads — between protecting truth and rewriting reality by force. The Transgender Bill of Rights is designed to lay the foundation to radically transform the culture and crush our freedom. Rush your urgent faxes to Congress to stop H.Res. 1058.
The Transgender Bill of Rights lays out a series of lies and confusion designed to implement an extreme LGBT & Q agenda. Remember that the “Q” stands for “Queer,” which is understood to mean any deviant behavior that is not L, G, B, or T. In other words, the Q encompasses about 550 paraphilias, including bestiality and pedophilia.
This so-called “Bill of Rights” pushes far beyond basic LGBTQ privileges to choke out the very freedom of religion that our nation was created to protect. It creates a framework that will —
Expand “gender identity” into law as a protected category across every area of life.
Pressure health care professionals to perform or refer for LGBTQ mutilating procedures that violate their faith and conscience.
Lie about biological identity claims in official records and documentation.
Open private spaces — shelters, restrooms, detention facilities, and more — based on “gender identity” rather than biology.
Shape federal policy and funding decisions based on gender identity.
And much more....
This is not a small policy tweak. This is a cultural reset. And once this bill is passed, it becomes incredibly difficult to undo.
That’s why this moment matters so much.
Lawmakers are moving quickly. Votes can be scheduled with little warning. Deals can be struck behind closed doors.
And if no one speaks up — if no one pushes back — it passes. Send urgent faxes to members of Congress and demand they oppose this dangerous Transgender Bill of Rights before it’s too late.
Perhaps the most dangerous aspect of the Transgender Bill of Rights is that it creates a new “liaison” office under the U.S. attorney general to punish anyone or anything standing in opposition to this bill’s radical agenda.
Additionally, it provides that office with an unlimited budget. The Transgender Bill of Rights demands the appropriation of “funds necessary to fully staff and support the enforcement of these rights across agencies.”
Imagine a small church, nonprofit ministry, or business declining to hire a man parading around in women’s clothes. One quick complaint will bring the Office of the United States Attorney General and the FBI knocking on their door, asking questions, threatening legal action, filing litigation, and bringing the full force of the federal government to bear on the church, ministry, or business.
This will cause devastating harm. WE MUST STOP THE "TRANSGENDER BILL OF RIGHTS”! Send your faxes to Congress to stop H.Res. 1058 from endangering our children and our nation.
