Planned Parenthood is desperate.

Currently, there is NOTHING in this bill to block hundreds of millions of dollars from flowing back into Planned Parenthood and other abortion giants. Once this funding pipeline is locked in, undoing it later will become exponentially more difficult.

A few key members of Congress — Republicans we need to pass this budget — are dragging their feet. Some want to kick the can down the road until AFTER the midterm election to defund Planned Parenthood.

Their excuse? They hope to gain more Republican seats and expand their majority first.

That is a deadly mistake.

Here’s the truth: Since 1969, only ONE TIME has the party in power gained seats in the midterms. Just once in 50+ years. And these members should KNOW that.

They are not strategizing — they are stalling.

Some care more about their party majority than about the babies our tax dollars will kill over the next few years! And if they refuse to govern with conviction now, they may lose that majority anyway.

Letting Planned Parenthood keep its funding now is not a strategic move. It’s cowardice. It’s a compromise. And it means hundreds of millions more taxpayer dollars to fund the death of innocent babies.
