PP's Lawsuit is Outrageous

Jun 18, 2026

Three in-person doctor consults were required to obtain a chemical abortion (before, during, and after). Obama reduced that to one. Biden reduced it to zero under the guise of the COVID emergency. Now, anyone can get a deadly dose of mifepristone, like the father who poisoned his daughter or the boyfriend who slipped the drug in his girlfriend’s drink.

To protect women, Alaska passed a law that requires an in-person doctor visit. Planned Parenthood is suing to strike down that law.

Chemical abortion drugs have become a booming business for Planned Parenthood.

Our tax dollars should not be used to fund this death machine. But that is what will happen on Independence Day. On the day we celebrate the unalienable right to Life, we will be forced to fund Death.

If Congress does not act NOW, our tax dollars will flow back to Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion on the FOURTH OF JULY! Fax Congress to demand no funding for Planned Parenthood or Big Abortion.

Mifepristone comes with an FDA “Black Box” warning, which is the most serious safety alert the FDA uses and means life-threatening risks are associated with the drug. A recent study revealed that 11% of women experience serious adverse events after taking mifepristone — including death.

One of the major dangers of not being seen before taking mifepristone comes from the potential of ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy happens when the baby attaches and grows inside a fallopian tube instead of the uterus. This is a life-threatening emergency, as the fallopian tube can rupture as the baby grows. A woman may need emergency surgery and blood transfusions. And taking mifespristone while unknowingly having an ectopic pregnancy puts the woman at risk for fatal complications.

Alaska had more than 10,000 known pregnancies, including 1,225 so-called “induced terminations” in 2024. That means about 12% of known pregnancies ended in abortion in Alaska. Since ectopic pregnancy affects about 1% to 2% of pregnancies, Alaska could see roughly 100 to 200 ectopic pregnancies each year.

Without a consultation with a doctor to determine where the baby is located, women who take mifepristone won’t know if their bleeding and cramping is from the drug or from an ectopic pregnancy. Since Obama and Biden eliminated in-person doctor consults, more and more women are dying from mifepristone.

Along with the risks of taking mifepristone while experiencing an ectopic pregnancy, another major risk of this drug is incomplete abortion. This is when parts of the baby remain in the uterus. This can lead to infection and sepsis. When sepsis sets in from the decaying baby, death will soon follow.

Planned Parenthood does not care about women. They only care about killing children and getting rich. And with the impending July 4 date, Planned Parenthood is aggressively lobbying Congress to open the Treasury to fill its bank accounts.

This is unacceptable! Send your faxes to Congress to demand they block our tax dollars from going to Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion.

Planned Parenthood is poised to receive massive taxpayer funding starting July 4. Meanwhile, it is fighting states that are trying to protect women and unborn children. It fights parents and loathes medical safeguards.

This is why Liberty Counsel Action is working to mobilize citizens to demand Congress defund Planned Parenthood.

Not one more taxpayer dollar should go to an organization obsessed with death.

Please give as generously as you can today to help us expose Planned Parenthood’s dangerous agenda, mobilize grassroots pressure, and demand Congress stop funding the abortion giant. Click the link below to support this ministry. You can also set up a recurring monthly gift.
