Fauci repeatedly pled the Fifth – But he cannot refuse to answer  

Anthony Fauci repeatedly pled the Fifth Amendment during a Senate committee hearing regarding his false COVID-19 statements and prior congressional testimony. Fauci lies collapsed the economy, resulting in the closure of churches, businesses, and schools. People died from the COVID shots while Fauci was wrapped up in his own self-made fame. 

Anthony Fauci’s personal diary was found on a government-issued laptop. It detailed EXPLOSIVE and incriminating information. Because Joe Biden “pardoned” Fauci, he cannot now plead the Fifth Amendment. He must testify and can be held accountable.  

Fauci’s hands were shaking badly.  

Sen. Josh Hawley tore into Fauci, saying, “Let's just get one thing straight, you don't have any rights under the Fifth Amendment, because you've been pardoned, as you very well know.” He cited U.S. Supreme Court precedent that after being pardoned, U.S. citizens may not "stand upon his privilege." 

“This is about contempt. Contempt for this body and contempt for the American people," Hawley concluded. And “contempt of Congress” is a crime.  

Fauci must be held accountable. Send your faxes to Congress demanding Fauci be held in contempt of Congress and prosecuted.

Fauci knew that COVID was far less deadly than he reported.

His false statements were used to invoke an emergency that set aside normal safety standards. 

• February 28, 2020: Fauci’s diary noted that fatalities were about 0.2% to 0.3%. Then he co-authored an article in the New England Journal of Medicine making essentially the same point—that once mild and asymptomatic infections were included, COVID-19's overall severity might resemble 0.1% or a severe seasonal influenza more like SARS or MERS.  

• Only 11 days later, Fauci testified under oath before Congress describing COVID-19 with an estimated mortality of around 1%, approximately 10 times deadlier than seasonal influenza. 

Fauci’s diary documents how he questioned if the gain-of-function research he funded through the National Institutes of Health to the EcoHealth Alliance was connected to the same Wuhan lab. It was. 

Fauci notes that the vast majority of his colleagues believed the virus was not naturally occurring, but to cover his funding of Wuhan, he said: 

If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats and what’s out there now, [the evidence] is very, very strongly leaning toward this could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated … Everything about the stepwise evolution over time strongly indicates that [this virus] evolved in nature and then jumped species.  

In 2005, Dr. Fauci was both chief of the lab and director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which is an institute within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The NIH published in the Virology Journal research that said, “Chloroquine [a form of hydroxychloroquine] is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread.” 

“Scientists may have found a treatment for a deadly new [MERS strain of] coronavirus,” according to a 2013 USA Today article. In the same article, Dr. Fauci immediately encouraged using this effective treatment protocol, which included hydroxychloroquine (HCQ).  

Fauci covered up his gain-of-function involvement and lied about HCQ so he could push for an emergency use of an experimental COVID “vaccine.” 

Harvey Risch, M.D., Ph.D., an epidemiologist and dean at Yale School of Public Health with more than 300 published medical works, said in 2019 that by refusing to acknowledge the efficacy of HCQ, about 100,000 people died in America alone by 2020 because they did not receive the HCQ treatment for COVID. Now that number is much higher.  

Peopled died because of Fauci’s lies. 

Demand Congress hold Fauci in contempt and refer for prosecution.
