Planned Parenthood could be forced to pay 1.8 BILLION dollars in a massive federal Medicaid fraud case.

Because Planned Parenthood affiliates billed approximately 17 million dollars in taxpayer money it was obligated to return.

But even in the middle of this massive multiple-state fraud litigation — Planned Parenthood continues to be eligible for other federal funding. It makes no sense.

What is being dubbed Reconciliation 3.0 is in Congress right now, which sets the stage to defund Planned Parenthood. And H.R. 9260 contains strong language designed to end federal funding to Planned Parenthood and its affiliates nationwide.

FAX Congress now. Demand that lawmakers permanently DEFUND Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion in the next budget they pass.

The trail leading to this Texas lawsuit begins with someone we know very well.

Liberty Counsel’s client Sandra Merritt went undercover with investigative journalist David Daleiden to expose Planned Parenthood and the harvesting of baby organs, some of which were alive!

Posing as representatives of a fetal-tissue procurement company, Merritt and Daleiden entered the secret world of the abortion industry with hidden cameras rolling in public places.

Planned Parenthood doctors and executives bragged about how they were harvesting hearts, lungs, livers, brains, and more. One doctor boasted she wanted to buy a Lamborghini with this blood money.

Texas investigated. Then it removed Planned Parenthood from being eligible to receive Medicaid. Louisiana followed suit. But Planned Parenthood fought back in court. They wanted to be paid twice. Once to kill the baby and the second time to sell its organs.

And while the case was progressing, Planned Parenthood affiliates submitted 144,411 Medicaid claims involving approximately 17 million dollars in tax payments across Texas and Louisiana.

Eventually, Planned Parenthood's court protection collapsed. And a federal judge ruled that Planned Parenthood's affiliates had an obligation to return these Medicaid overpayments.

Medicaid overpayments must be reported and returned within 60 days.

It’s time to end this fraud.
