A child deserves more time, and the truth!

Across America, children struggling with gender dysphoria are being handed the tools of so-called "gender transition": powerful puberty blockers and opposite-gender hormones. Some have undergone surgeries that permanently alter or remove healthy body parts.

Now there is someone standing up to protect them.

Dr. Heidi Overton is President Trump's nominee to lead the Food and Drug Administration. Years ago, she started asking hard questions publicly about this off-label drug abuse for confused children. She was seeking the truth, even when it was political suicide. Her courage shows that she is an excellent nominee.

Many drugs used in attempts to medically transition children are prescribed OFF-LABEL. When a medication is off-label, the FDA has NOT determined that the drug is safe or effective for that particular use.

Trans-activist doctors are pumping these drugs into children for a purpose for which they were never designed, studied, or tested!

It’s time to hold them accountable. This is something that Dr. Overton has studied in depth (I’ll share more below). She is an excellent choice; however, she is under very serious attack from many senators now.

While she is standing up for children, she needs YOU to stand up for her. Send as many faxes as possible to the Senate to urge them to support Dr. Overton's nomination to lead the FDA.

A drug can be FDA approved — while the way it is being used on a child is NOT approved by the FDA. Overton started raising that issue three years ago.

In February 2023, Overton and Alexandra Caro Campana published a major research report titled “Gender Transition Medications and Surgeries for Children in the U.S.”

Their report specifically warned that puberty blockers used for gender transition in children were often being prescribed off-label and raised concerns about bone density, growth, fertility, and the lack of long-term research.

The questions Heidi Overton was asking in 2023 did not disappear. They got louder. American children deserve the truth.

And now President Trump has nominated Overton to lead the Food and Drug Administration. Urge the Senate to support her now.

When it comes to transitions for minors, Overton has already investigated this issue and contributed to the conversation on the international stage. Her 2023 report called for policymakers to protect children from what its authors described as potentially harmful and irreversible medications and surgeries.

That record matters because children cannot rewind puberty.

They cannot simply undo the effect of years, or even months, of hormones.

And surgically removed healthy tissue cannot simply be put back.

Children must be safeguarded against medical disasters that will permanently harm their bodies.

Overton was raising obvious questions about so-called "gender-affirming care" before President Trump ever nominated her to run the FDA. Now we have the rare opportunity to have someone who asked these key questions in charge of the agency responsible to find the answers.
