They want to destroy America 

Some Muslims are invoking Sharia (Islamic religious law) to push the intentional destruction of our justice system. Sharia-mandated Zakat (required giving) is being funneled to Muslims breaking the law.

In Chicago, a Muslim organization called “Believers Bail Out” is spending millions of dollars to secure the release of Muslim detainees from jails and immigration custody for violence against ICE. This group explicitly calls for defunding police and replacing existing law-enforcement structures with “alternative approaches” to justice.

In its publication titled For Abolition, not Reform, Believers Bail Out announced: “There are many ways to imagine justice, freedom and liberation, but there is no way to achieve it within the framework that exists today.”

Since 2018, the group says it spent 2.4 million dollars bailing out approximately 300 people who committed crimes.

Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) has introduced the Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act. Urge Congress to VOTE YES on H.R. 5722 and S. 3009, the Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act.

Under Sharia law, zakat is a mandatory donation, which requires Muslims who meet a certain financial threshold to donate 2.5% of qualifying assets every year to Muslim causes.

A nonprofit called “Believers Bail Out” takes “Sharia” zakat donations and bails out misbehaving Muslims from American jails and immigration detention by paying bail and bonds.

Here’s one more disturbing layer.

The Washington Examiner identified Sirat Chicago, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charity as a fiscal sponsor of Believers Bail Out. That means this Sharia-based system that espouses no consequences for illegal behavior is operating with support from America's tax-exempt nonprofit system!

That is why Congress must act.

FAX Congress today. Demand that lawmakers protect the supremacy of the U.S. Constitution and stop any foreign or religious legal system from violently overriding Americans' system of justice.

Another major development this year now allows some political advocacy to qualify as zakat. So that means these Sharia-enforced religious donations may now be directed toward influencing American public policy to favor Sharia. This can spiral into an America that would be unrecognizable to our Founders and contrary to our founding principles.

As Sharia is being pushed in communities across our nation, it is gaining steam, growing in power, and solidifying its influence — both legally and illegally (through protecting violent rioters).

That raises an urgent question: How much political influence will be financed in the name of Sharia?
