Preborn Children Can't Vote Today

Nov 3, 2026

TODAY is Election Day. You can vote for them.

If you have not yet voted, please make it a priority today.

And as you do, remember that amid the noise of political campaigns and electoral battles, a vulnerable class of our fellow human beings remains completely voiceless and at risk for their very lives.

Preborn children cannot vote today. But you can vote for them.

We encourage you to examine major candidates’ records and vote for candidates whose positions most closely align with your biblical convictions.

You may not agree with that candidate on everything. However, not voting at all, or voting for a candidate with no hope of winning, are choices riddled with consequences for innocent children, religious freedom, and the future our families will inherit.

Your vote matters.

And so does your voice. I say that because our duty as Christian citizens does not end at the ballot box.

In less than a week, legislators return to Washington on November 9. Now is the time to flood their offices with faxes demanding action for the preborn.

Fax Congress NOW. Demand permanent action to stop funding Big Abortion. Not another dollar to Planned Parenthood and its ilk!

In less than a week, Congress is scheduled to return for legislative business, and the lawmakers in office now still have authority and responsibility to act.

Planned Parenthood — which kills more preborn boys and girls than any other abortion business in America — reported 832 MILLION dollars in taxpayer reimbursements and grants in its most recent fiscal year.

That equals 16 MILLION every week — or 3.2 MILLION in tax dollars given to them every weekday.

It is our hard work. Our sacrifice. Our tax dollars. All of which is now aiding and abetting these murderers.

In that same report, Planned Parenthood lists 434,450 abortions in its reported 2024 service data. That averages nearly 1,200 preborn lives ended every day. Every single one of those children had a future that cannot be restored or replaced.

And there is NO good answer to this fundamental question: Why should taxpayers like you and me subsidize an organization that mercilessly takes hundreds of thousands of preborn lives?

We have seen Congress act — we know they can — and then we saw them fail to act. And that failure restored taxpayer funding to one of the most morally bankrupt organizations in America.

Send your faxes today. Tell Congress to impose a total stop to taxpayer funding for Big Abortion.

Radical legislators have already published an aggressive agenda that includes expanding abortion access, making you pay even more for funding abortions.

If they win today, their priorities will push more abortions nationwide, including through Medicaid and Medicare. Their Women’s Health Protection Act would establish federal abortion rights and override numerous abortion restrictions.

We have very little time. Your actions now can make it impossible to ignore our defunding demand in this “Lame Duck” session.

Through Liberty Counsel Action, your message can reach congressional offices with a clear demand: Schedule the votes and end these subsidies.

We are fighting to save these children. Will you help us?

Donate to Liberty Counsel Action to help sustain the research, education, and advocacy that equip Americans to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Our commitment to these children must never end.
