It is revealing that the Democrats' very first bill makes election fraud even easier. This sends a strong signal that they know their position in power is not secure if fraud is prevented in America's future.

I strongly believe if we do not restore election integrity across America, then elections will become like the fake shows in repressive regimes. The future of America depends on fair elections. HR 1 will permanently enshrine election fraud. This dangerous bill will rip constitutionally protected power from states and deny them the ability to stop election fraud.

Stopping this bill is crucial to saving our nation. With a narrow margin in the House and the filibuster preserved in the Senate, we have tools to do so! But the fight will be intense. Flood their desks with your urgent fax instructing them to hold the line against this legislation. Act now. - Mat

The Democrats' top legislative priority opens the door to unprecedented fraud. HR 1 forces states to accept voter registrations online without demonstrating any physical proof of residency. One person could fraudulently register hundreds or thousands of fake voters.

With in-person registration, the voter must be physically present in the community, and if the person registers as multiple people, the fraudster runs the risk of quickly being identified, detained, and prosecuted. None of these safeguards apply to online.

Then, once a voter is registered, HR 1 demands that states offer to email ballots to people overseas! There is no way for the registrar's office to know if an email is in North Korea or North Dakota, China or Chicago. So not only does this bill open up every state to election fraud, but it also provides an opportunity for influence from Iran, China, North Korea, Venezuela, even ISIS, and every person in the whole world with an internet connection!

With an anonymous email address replacing a physical mailing address (or a P.O. Box attached to a physical address), even if you know for certain a name/ballot is fraudulent, it would be nearly impossible to find the person.

This must be stopped NOW! Send your urgent fax to Congress and demand that HR 1 be stopped before it causes incalculable damage to our nation and our future.

In addition, HR 1 demands that all 50 states accept same day voter registration. In the past, most states had a registration deadline before Election Day. This allows both political parties to buy a copy of the list and vet each voter as accurate and still alive.

If a party finds fake or deceased names, this deadline also gives the courts time to act on evidence of fraud and strike those invalid names off the voter rolls before Election Day so that their ballots are not intermingled.

But same-day registration makes it impossible for political parties to maintain their traditional role of keeping our voter rolls accurate. By the time a party might catch a fraudulent registrant, it may be several days after the election when that person's ballot is already comingled with honest ones and the damage is irreversible. Same-day voter registration makes it impossible to properly vet our voter rolls, which is exactly what the Democrats want.

We must stop HR 1! I urge you to send a critical fax to as many members in Congress as you can to give them the strength to stand against HR 1.

The responsibility to vote and the duty to count each vote properly is foundational to our republic. HR 1 attacks our nation's foundation and we must respond to this threat against America.

Now that election fraud is "unpopular," the publisher American University, completely scrubbed former Democrat President Jimmy Carter's report on mail-in voting off its website! (My staff still has a saved copy though.)

This assessment from the bipartisan task force concluded that "Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud...Absentee balloting is vulnerable to abuse in several ways: Blank ballots mailed to the wrong address or to large residential buildings might get intercepted. Citizens who vote at home, at nursing homes, at the workplace, or in church are more susceptible to pressure, overt and subtle, or to intimidation. Vote buying schemes are far more difficult to detect when citizens vote by mail."

But in 2020, Democrats pushed absentee and mail-in ballots. No surprise!
