The U.S. Senate is holding a hearing next week on HR 5 (S 393). This misnamed "Equality Act" will destroy freedom in America. We are delivering our petition signatures to the Senate Judiciary Committee next week against this bill. If you haven't signed already - click here. 

I believe we can stop this dangerous bill in the Senate! 

If it becomes law, it will--for the first time ever in America--force everyone to comply with a devastating LGBT+ Q agenda. We absolutely MUST stop the "Equality Act" in the Senate! It will not just infringe on religious freedom in America...it will obliterate it.

The misnamed "Equality Act" is the most dangerous ambush of religious freedom I have ever seen in America. In case you missed it, the "Q" in LGBTQ includes about 550 sexually deviate paraphilias--including pedophilia that will become a legally protected class under this bill! 

Cosmopolitan states: "Queerness is an umbrella term that is both an orientation and a community....The vagueness of the term is intentional-- queer is an identity created for anyone outside of the heterosexual norm and meant to be inclusive."    

In addition, the activist group LGBTQ Nation wrote, the "Q in LGBTQ can also signify other sexual orientations and gender not covered by the acronym's preceding letters. If you're gender-neutral, non-binary, agender, genderfluid, pansexual, asexual, solosexual or something else not covered by LGBT, the Q has got you covered!" 

There is an entire organization dedicated to normalizing pedophilia in America. B4U-ACT is a "collaborative effort of mental health professionals and people who are attracted to children or adolescents" with the goal "to educate the public regarding issues faced by these individuals." The new euphemism for pedophile is a "minor-attracted person." 

I wish this was hyperbole, but it's not! This bill is sitting on the Senate floor waiting for a vote at any moment to give special privileges and legal protections for "Q." 

Do not sit on the sidelines while radicals twist our nation's laws to abuse children and people of faith. Send your urgent fax to STOP THE "EQUALITY ACT"! 

We can stop this bill in the Senate. Last year, Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) co-sponsored the "Equality Act." Her staff announced that she withdrew her support for this bill!  

In addition, our team met with several members who were previously in favor of HR 5, but after our meeting, voted against it.  

The radicals are looking for ways to sneak this through on a majority voice vote. Every minute of every day we need one person on the floor to object. That objection will force a full vote for cloture that needs 60 senators.


We are working with senators to guard the floor. WE NEED EVERY VOTE AND EVERY VOICE. I'm asking you to act now by faxing the Senate to oppose this outrageous bill and protect your freedom.

In the urgency of this moment, I don't want to forget to share a few victories. This year, HR 5 has 16 fewer total co-sponsors than it did last year. Not a single House Republican co-sponsored it. (In comparison, three U.S. House RINOs co-sponsored the bill last year.) 

But right now, there are greater threats as well. As the bill progresses to the Senate, at any moment it can be called to a voice vote on the floor. If there is not a member of Congress on the Senate floor to verbally object in that moment, this bill could be passed without notice and sent to Joe Biden's desk. 

But here is where LCA is working to ensure an objecting voice is always present to force a full vote. A full vote would be subject to the filibuster rule that requires 60 votes. So far, there are enough votes joining Republicans to keep the filibuster.
