It will take just four votes in the House and Senate for the misnamed “Equality Act” to pass. There is the tiniest of margins surrounding what will determine the destiny of this bill, which will — for the first time ever in America — force everyone to comply with a damaging LGBTQ agenda.

We absolutely MUST stop the “Equality Act” in Congress! It will not just infringe on religious freedom in America … it will obliterate it. Every legislator must hear from you now!

Demand that they block HR 15, the so-called “Equality Act,” with your immediate faxes.

It’s difficult to communicate the far-reaching impact this bill would have.

In America, churches and people of faith have always had the freedom to live out their faith. Until now.

This bill would completely strip that all away.

However, it goes far beyond just applying to your church or business. It governs private homes and anyone dabbling in online sales of a good, service, or program! This bill applies to “any gathering” and is not limited to a “physical facility or place.”

If you offer something for sale from your home on Etsy, eBay or other internet stores, then this bill will apply to you and subject you to lawsuits.

This nightmare legislation even applies to any “perceived” slight against someone who was associated in the past with anyone who is LGBTQ. It includes “beliefs.” This means you could owe court-mandated “damages” for something that is entirely in a person’s head.

This opens the door to mind-blowing injustice! The Catholic League described the “Equality Act” as the “most comprehensive assault on Christianity ever written into law.”

The “Equality Act” must be stopped! Send faxes immediately to fight against this outrageous bill.

But it gets even more strange.

This legislation specifically includes “Q” in LGBTQ, which refers to both “queer” or “questioning.” This includes someone who does not know if they are LGBT, and about 550 other paraphilias. The bill actually uses the word “Queer.”

Pedophilia is one of these paraphilia. The “Q” opens the doors of churches and schools to pedophiles and punishes anyone who tries to keep kids safe. B4U Act, which pushes its agenda to professors and activists, even uses the euphemism “minor-attracted persons.”

I wish this was hyperbole, but it’s not!

We can stop this bill, but only if our allies in Congress remain firm in the face of massive opposition. Our team in D.C. has learned that key Democrats will side with the Republicans to keep the filibuster (which requires 60 votes to vote on a bill). But the Democrats will try to sneak this bill through on a voice vote. We are working to make sure there is always someone on the floor to object and force a full vote.

It is critical to make your voice heard by every senator! We must fight for our freedom and our children now more than ever! Join us in blocking this radical bill with your rushed fax now.

In the urgency of this moment, I don’t want to forget to share a few victories. Our staff is having private conversations with legislators and urging them to oppose the misnamed “Equality Act.”

This year, HR 15 has 16 fewer total co-sponsors than it previously had. Not a single House Republican co-sponsored it. (In comparison, three U.S. House RINOs co-sponsored the bill previously.)

We need all hands on deck. Congress is in the process of criminalizing our sincerely held religious beliefs. Send a fax to oppose the “Equality Act” right now.
