This is so destructive. . .

In California, a child must give permission for their own parents to learn that he or she is struggling with gender confusion at school. California has put kids over their parents.

California lawmakers pushed through a shocking law that blocks schools from informing parents if their child wants to “transition” and “identify” as whatever they imagine — unless the child gives permission for the school to talk to their own parents!

Now this bill is winding through the courts.

This law has no age limit. It applies from kindergarten through high school.

A young child can now be placed in charge of life-altering decisions — all while the mom and dad are kept in the dark, shut out of their own child’s world.

This is very dangerous and, in some cases, even deadly.

This is an assault on the God-given authority of parents. And if the Equality Act (HR 15/S 1503) moves through Congress, it will spread this nonsense across the nation. Congress needs to hear from you.

This is a dangerous template that radicals are trying to push nationwide by passing the so-called Equality Act as their weapon of choice. This bill is in both the House and Senate.

This bill would take everything you’ve just read — and pour gasoline on it at the federal level.

HR 15/S 1503, the misnamed “Equality Act,” would do the following:

  • Redefine “sex” in federal law to include 550 paraphilias.
  • Override religious freedom protections under laws like the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).
  • Force schools, churches, and ministries to comply or face punishment.
  • Open the door to lawsuits against parents, pastors, and schools.
  • Mandate policies that erase biological reality in bathrooms, sports, and education.
  • Give the federal government sweeping power to push LGBTQ.

In other words: it would make what’s happening in California the law of the land and influence how courts view these cases.

While the courts are deciding, Congress could tip the scales with the Equality Act. And I’ll share below what this bill will do. It is urgent that Congress hears your faxes telling them to stop this bill.

Picture this: a troubled teenager walks into a gender clinic, burdened with anxiety, depression, and inner turmoil. Doctors promise that hormones and surgery will finally bring peace. The child is placed on a path to “transition” — a path sold as lifesaving and liberating. The child makes a life-altering decision without parental knowledge or consent.

A major new Finnish study reveals a heartbreaking reality.

Researchers tracked 2,083 young people under age 23 who sought help at Finland’s specialized gender identity services between 1996 and 2019. Nearly 40% went on to receive cross-sex hormones or surgery. Using comprehensive national health records with years of follow-up, the study found that psychiatric problems did not improve after medical transition.

Instead, these problems exploded.

Among those who received feminizing treatments, the rate of serious psychiatric morbidity skyrocketed from just 9.8% before “transitioning” to a staggering 60.7% afterward. For those receiving masculinizing treatments, it jumped from 21.6% to 54.5%. Even after adjusting for prior mental health history, these young people still needed specialist psychiatric care at rates three to five times higher than their peers in the general population.

The promised “cure” of cutting off healthy body parts and flooding developing bodies with hormones is not healing these children. The malpractice and child abuse make their pain far worse.

This Finnish study stands as a sobering warning — one that every parent, pastor, and policymaker must hear. Imagine this:

  • You speak of this truth to your child — and face legal consequences.

  • You refuse to affirm confusion — and are punished.

This is Marxist ideology. And that’s the Equality Act.
