Judge opens door to restroom predators

Something chilling just happened in Idaho.

A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction to erase bathroom privacy in the state. And she did so in direct defiance of Idaho voters. This one judge’s dangerous decision gives gender-confused men and male predators access to women’s restrooms statewide.

Worse, if the LGBT lobby gets its way, this bad outcome won’t be limited to Idaho. That’s because the Equality Act, now in Congress, will force what happened in Idaho into every corner of our nation.

SEVERE SETBACK FOR SANITY

Idaho lawmakers fought hard. Concerned citizens, parents, pastors, and entire families stood up and said what nearly every sane person in America already knows:

Men should not be in women’s bathrooms.

Girls should not have to undress, change, or use private facilities beside biological males.

And government should never punish people for believing that God created us male and female.

But the LGBT legal machine sued, and U.S. District Judge Amanda Brailsford issued a preliminary injunction blocking key enforcement of Idaho’s new bathroom privacy law even before it took effect.

FIRST, THEY MARCH ...

This is how the radical Left does it ...

First, they march in the streets.

Then, they sue in federal court.

Then, they pressure Congress to make what happened in Idaho spread across the entire nation through the Equality Act, as the new law of the land.

The Equality Act would take the most radical LGBT demands and impose them nationwide. It would insert “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” into federal civil rights law.

And that would pit federal law against anyone who still believes in biblical truth, biological reality, parental rights, women’s privacy, and religious liberty.

That means every state becomes the battleground. Every school becomes the battleground. Every women’s restroom, locker room, shelter, and sports team becomes one too. Every religious ministry and person of faith becomes the target of this radical agenda.

LGBT GOAL? NOT TOLERANCE ... SURRENDER

The radical Left does not want tolerance. It wants complete surrender.

It wants Congress to pass a law that would make it impossible for states to protect women and children from this radicalized gender ideology.

What happened in Idaho is the warning flare.

A state can pass a law.

Families can fight for it.

Legislators can vote for it.

The governor can sign it.

And one federal judge can step in and begin dismantling it before it has the chance to help a single little girl. And if the Equality Act passes, judges across the nation may be forced to bend the will of their entire state to this radical agenda ... unlike the judge in Idaho, who appears to be doing it voluntarily.
